Curtains order delay
I recently ordered some curtains from this store and was told they'd arrive in two weeks. It's been over two weeks now and I haven't even gotten a shipping confirmation. So, I decided to reach out to customer service to cancel my order. The person I spoke with was nice and said they'd request the cancellation from their drop-ship company since their manufacturing warehouse was closed. When I asked where the curtains were coming from, he couldn't tell me. He said it'd take two days to find out if the cancellation could go through. This whole situation has really ticked me off and I don't plan on buying anything from them again.

Chair with several massage modes, good warranty but mechanical massages
This chair is actually a pretty good deal for the price. It has multiple massage modes and looks really cool. The massages themselves are a bit robotic though, not as relaxing as those fancy expensive chairs. The warranty is decent but doesn't cover everything. Overall, it's worth it if you're looking for something affordable.

Key purchase
I bought a key that was supposed to be in stock, but after I placed my order, nothing happened. I reached out to their live support and they told me that the key wasn't actually available and said I'd get a refund in 72 hours. But, I'm skeptical they'll actually do it because they keep booting me from the chat and ignoring my messages. Dealing with scammers like this is so annoying, and I hope they get shut down soon.

Online course enrollment
Because of the pandemic, I thought it would be a good idea to sign up for an online course. But man, trying to manage learning and working from home at the same time was tough! So, I asked if I could push back the course to a later date. Unfortunately, I was told that wasn't an option because of the company's rules. It was a bummer that they couldn't work with my request, and I had no choice but to stick with the original plan. It would've been nice if they were more understanding and flexible, like some other schools out there.

Custom closet shelves with angle wall
I worked with this designer to come up with some custom closet shelves for this wall that's at a weird angle. The first design didn't quite fit right, but after giving customer service a call, I was able to exchange it for the right size. Putting everything together took me around 3 hours, and the instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Let me tell you, the final product turned out even better than I imagined - both stylish and sturdy!
