Unwilling promotion code purchase
I just bought something using a promo code, and then found out that there's a no-return policy. I really wish they told me about that before I placed my order, because I might have changed my mind about buying it.
Low-quality glasses
I was really let down by the glasses I bought from this company. Turns out, I found the exact same glasses but way cheaper under a different brand on another site. That made me feel like I was kind of tricked and annoyed. When I wanted to send the glasses back, they told me I had to pay for the pricey shipping, which just made me even more unhappy. So, I would recommend being careful if you're thinking about buying from them. There are better deals out there.
T-shirt and jeans
Man, listen to this. I snagged this dope t-shirt and jeans from this one spot, but get this - they won't give you your money back if it was on sale! Seriously, what's up with that? It's like they're always throwing a sale, it never ends. It totally sucks that I can't return my gear if it doesn't fit right or if I change my mind. Come on, cut me some slack!
Clothing items
I bought some clothes from this store recently and I was really bummed about it. The stuff didn't look anything like the pictures online, and when I tried to get my money back, the customer service was terrible. They wouldn't give me a refund at all.
Four pairs purchased
I bought four things and none of them worked out for me. The store's website says they have a 14-day return policy, but when I tried to return them, they said no refunds allowed because they always have sales. I felt annoyed and let down by their sneaky policy. I thought a well-known store like that would have better customer service and be more clear with their rules.
Sunglasses
I bought two pairs of sunglasses from this store and man, I was so let down when they arrived. They looked like they were poor quality and not at all like what I saw in the pictures online. I reached out to customer service right away to try to return them, but they hit me with that 'buy one get one free' promotion line and said they were non-refundable. Now, I didn't see anything about that when I was buying them. I felt pretty upset and kinda tricked by the whole situation. All in all, it was a real bummer of an experience.
