I ordered three things from The Outnet in the UK and they all came without any problems. Sending them back for a refund was pretty easy too, actually easier than some UK companies. Just make sure to follow the return instructions for the customs forms. Overall, I had a good experience and would think about using The Outnet again sometime.

Bedspread purchase
My experience with Lush Decor has been amazing. I recently bought a really nice bedspread for our guest room and it was even better than I expected in terms of design, quality, and how fast it arrived. It really added that special something to the room. However, my second purchase had some dark flecks in the stuffing of the spread. When I reached out to customer service, Dana was super helpful and not only responded quickly but also offered to replace the spread and apologized sincerely. I really appreciate their dedication to making sure customers are happy, it really makes Lush Decor stand out from other brands. I'm definitely sticking with them for future purchases.
