As a new customer trying out this service, I gotta say, choosing a pet sitter was a lot harder than I expected. I contacted two sitters and eventually picked one, but man, they kept hitting me up with so many messages.

My recent experience with ordering online from this store was kind of a letdown. I placed an order for some clothes, but one of the items got canceled for no reason. And guess what? They put it back up for sale on their website. That's just not right and makes me question how they handle online orders. Prices might be good, but it's not worth the hassle of dealing with a system that can't be counted on.

I just had a problem with my order getting lost by the carrier, but CD Universe was awesome about replacing it without a fuss. Their customer service really pays attention to what you're saying and goes out of their way to help. I've been shopping with them for a while now, and their top-notch service is the reason I keep going back. It's great to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Airline experience
This has definitely been the worst airline experience I've ever had. I wouldn't even suggest flying with them to my worst enemy. The delays were so frustrating, customer service was practically non-existent, and the prices were way too high for all the trouble. Do yourself a favor and go with a more reliable airline.

Recent order experience
I recently ordered from this platform, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. They messed up my order not once, but twice in a row. Both times, the drivers they sent didn't seem to speak English well, so it was hard to communicate. They couldn't even find my address right, so I had to go out and find them. And on top of all that, neither driver got my order right, which makes me seriously question their skills. It honestly feels like they hire people who might not even be allowed to work here. After this whole mess, I definitely won't be ordering from them again. My trust in their service is completely gone.
