Daughter's textbook
I ordered my daughter's textbook and paid extra to get it delivered quickly, but the book never arrived. I tried sending them an email, but didn't hear back until they said it wouldn't be available until December. My daughter still doesn't have her book and her class has already started. It's frustrating and I won't be using this website anymore.
