I recently grabbed some Qi Life stuff and it was alright. The website was decent, but I ran into some problems when I tried to check out and deal with customer service. I got a bit lost during checkout and had to wait a while for answers to my questions. There were also some mistakes in the information that made me uncertain about the prices. The product I got in the end was okay, but I'm not sure if I'd shop with them again.
