Kamvas Pro 16 (4K) Plus upgrade to Kamvas Pro 19
I recently decided to upgrade from my Kamvas Pro 16 (4K) Plus to the Kamvas Pro 19 because I was having some issues with my old tablet. The ghosting problems were really getting in the way of my work, so I needed to find a solution. I contacted customer support and was helped out by a guy named Derek. Let me tell you, Derek knows how to provide top-notch customer service. He was super nice to talk to and gave me clear instructions over email and text right away. He not only helped me with the return process, but also gave me the tracking number for the new model. The new Kamvas Pro 19 showed up earlier than expected, and it's even better quality than I had hoped for.
