Shorts
I recently ordered a pair of shorts from this company's website, but when they finally arrived, they looked completely different from the pictures online. I decided to reach out to customer service to express my concerns, but Pam Z gave me a dismissive response, basically saying "that's the best we can offer." On top of that, she then told me that if I wanted a refund, I'd have to foot the bill to send the item back. Honestly, this kind of customer service is beyond disappointing and has left me feeling very unsatisfied with the whole experience.

I am sad to say I will not be ordering any more jerseys from Boriz. I have ordered four jerseys from you, and all four had problems with them, they were either the wrong color, wrong color numbers, all four the wrong size, and one even had a bad logo,
1. Winnipeg Jets 1974-75 Blue order ...1715: The numbers were orange instead of the real jersey's red, they did not match the jersey neck or logo color of red, like the Jets wore in the year advertised on your site. I sent you a picture for that. In addition, the jersey was size 52 when I ordered 46-48 (according to your tag enclosed it said sz 52),
You then gave me 10% off my next order to make up for it . I ordered two jerseys this but again had problems with one of the two: Order ...1817
2. Quebec Nordiques 1977-78 jersey was dark blue and not the powder or even light blue you displayed on your site for the Bernier jersey (I got Cloutier 9). The Nordiques never wore that combination of colors. It was the exact same color as the Houston Aeros jersey you sent with this order. The Nordiques jersey also was size 52 as listed on your tag and email to me when I asked for a tracking number
3. Houston Aeros 1973-74 blue jersey also was a 52 size instead of the ordered 46-48 (on your tag and email). Why do I order a 46-48 and get a 52 every time?
4. To make up for the bad Nordiques blue jersey, you offered me half price off my next order. That was order ...1919. However, the Quebec Nordiques White jersey you sent me was way too large, again 52 instead of 46-48 ordered (according to your tag enclosed with it). Even worse than that, the logo patch on the front of the jersey is a flimsy paper on cardboard, and surely will rip after one was. The patch is far inferior to the logo patches on your other jerseys.
For these reasons, I cannot feel good about ordering from you again, and I am forced to write a bad review on your website with my experiences. The worst of all are the two Nordiques jerseys, one with a color they never wore and a white one with a logo patch in the front that is far inferior to your other jerseys. I simply give up, and will have to order any future jerseys elsewhere. I already have ordered a new one from a competitor who I can trust.

I was pretty let down by the jersey - the quality just wasn't what I expected. The colors were on point, but the letters were way too far apart, not at all like the picture online. Plus, the jersey was just way too big and didn't have that authentic feel. The one good thing was seeing Zion's name on the back.

Horrible customer service, took over 3 months for the ques to actually ship with no communication, then when it finally did ship, this company shipped it to a city over 300 miles away from my location, and when I reached out to find out more information they essentially said not our problem, we got your money, I don’t care if you get your product.
Luckily, I have many receipts and if I don’t receive my product in a weeks time, I will be contacting my bank (which has already been informed of the situation prior) to initiate the refund process. It’s sad too, because I was really looking forward to playing with these ques.Pool cues

Several Jerseys over the years l
I've never had a problem with Boriz. I have ordered 5 jerseys(Al Bundy Polk High, Bobby Boucher Waterboy, Tweeder Varsity Blue, Michael Jordan USA, DMX Ruff Ryders) since 2016. They all arrived and were made from good materials and quality, and all stitched not printed... My only drawback would be they take a while(roughly a month) to arrive, but I've never been disappointed with the product when the do arrive.

company is a scam . ordered the shorts off their web site and when they arrived - looked nothing like the pictures. complained and was told by pam z "thats the best we can do " - un acceptable - was told to send back at my expense - no way

I am beyond mortified at the experience I’ve had with this company. The customer service agents have been trained to believe it’s my fault the order has not been shipped yet, it’s my fault I’ve paid for it and it’s not their problem to get it ready and ship it. I’m sorry but what kind of business is that? I was disrespected by customer service agent and disrespected again via manager of the company. I cannot stress enough do not waste your time or hard earned money with this company. They are a bunch of scam artists And will run you for your hard earned money. Out of 10 stars I would give you -6. I have never been so unsatisfied with another company in my entire life. I cannot stress enough, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE ASSHOLES

Winter Coat
I would not recommend anyone order from Boriz Shopping. My experience has been horrible. I placed my order November 30 and did not get my purchase until after Christmas which was supposed to have been a present for someone. They did not ship my item until I emailed them inquiring about the status of my order. The coat is too small and they gave me hell for a refund. They finally gave me a refund that was not the full amount I paid for the coat. They gave me a partial refund. I hope this company go out of business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Winter coat
I purchased this coat November 22. I have not received this coat a month later. Company gave me an ETA of 8 days. Today's the 22nd the last tracking info was placed 12/9 still in China. This will be my first and last time I ever shop with this company.

The worst shopping experience ever I ordered the robe on September 29th, here it is November 13th still have not received it....I have tried to contact customer service no one is available . I contacted DHL they stated its still in Singapore. I don't advise anyone to order from this place or overseas it shouldn't take this long.....USPS claim they have no idea when this may be received. THE WORST
