Credit improvement
Self has really changed the game for me. In just six months, my credit has gotten a lot better. It's awesome to see the progress and know that I'm moving in the right direction towards being financially stable. Before using Self, I never would have thought I could co-sign for an apartment for my son or get financing for a car. Self has opened up a ton of opportunities for me and I'm so thankful for that.

I bought this chair set from this store and it was actually really nice. When it arrived, two of the chairs were a little messed up but I contacted customer service and they quickly sent me replacements. The chairs are comfy and they look great in my room. I'm really pleased with my purchase!

Defective Costume
This was my first time ordering from this company, and it's definitely going to be my last. The costume I got had straps that were broken and holes in the fabric, so I couldn't even wear it. I reached out to customer service right away, but they ignored me multiple times. After I kept trying, they finally said they would give me a refund or a new costume. But then they turned around and said they never got my messages about the problem. Even after showing them proof of the damage, they still wouldn't fix things. That kind of customer service just isn't right, so I won't be buying from them again.

Protective case/holster purchase
I've bought a bunch of protective cases and holsters from this company, and I gotta say, I've been really impressed with the quality overall. The protective cover is super durable and really does a good job of keeping my device safe. Plus, I love the quick release feature - it's so handy! The design in general is really well done. I feel like I'm definitely getting my money's worth with these products. However, the one downside is that the belt clip on these cases always seems to break off eventually, which is a bummer. It would be a lot better if the company sold replacement clips instead of making us buy a whole new case every time.

The shipping was so quick! I ordered on a Sunday night and got my stuff by Tuesday. I don't get why people have had bad things to say, my order went perfectly. I haven't needed to talk to customer service yet, though.
