I just bought a pair of refurbished earbuds from you all. Unfortunately, when I got them, I found out they were busted right from the start. It was pretty disappointing, but I kinda figured that's why they were in the refurbished section. I got in touch with customer service right away to sort it out, and I gotta say, they handled the return process really quickly and efficiently. So I went ahead and got a new pair of earbuds from the next model up. I'm hoping this new pair will be better than the last and give me a good experience.
