Patio chairs purchase
My new patio chairs got here right on time and were a breeze to put together. They even included extras of all the screws, washers, and parts, which was a nice surprise, even though I didn't end up needing them. When I freaked out thinking I had lost some tools, the customer service was super quick getting back to me. Turns out, the tools had just slipped off onto the garage floor. All in all, I'm really happy with the quality of the furniture and how well they took care of me.

Dorm surprise package
This company is such a scam! I ordered a surprise package for my kid in college, thinking I'd get 5 boxes packed with awesome stuff. But nope, I only got 3 boxes, and the first one was basically worthless. When I tried emailing customer service, guess what? The email address doesn't work! Now I'm left trying to figure out how to get my missing boxes or a refund, and I might have to get my credit card company involved. Don't make the same mistake I did - stay far away from this company!

Large area rug purchase
Do not bother ordering from this store online, especially for furniture or rugs. I made the mistake of trying to get a big area rug not available in-store a month ago, so I had to resort to placing an online order. After waiting for 2 weeks, I got an email saying my order got canceled because they only had 25 in stock. How does that even make sense, you know? Lost all my rewards points on that order, which was a real pain. Gave it another shot and tried ordering the same rug again, only to have it canceled once more after 2 weeks. When I tried contacting customer service and asked for a manager, was pretty much ignored and told he was too busy to talk to me. The poor communication and terrible customer service just left me feeling so frustrated and let down. Dealing with this company was an absolute nightmare. Just be careful if you're thinking about ordering from them, because the service is seriously below par.
