Wrong items received
I had a pretty lousy experience with my order from this company recently. They ended up sending me the wrong items, and then when I tried to return them, they wouldn't give me a return label. I had to shell out my own money to send the stuff back to Korea, and it ended up costing me more than what I paid for the items. To make matters worse, they even subtracted the original free shipping cost from my refund. Their return and exchange policy is just plain ridiculous.

I can't believe I waited so long to try out this amazing service! Finally decided to give Samplize a shot for my north-facing stairwell and hallway, and let me tell you, I'm so happy I did! Undescended Testicle bottle
I was so pleased with the customer service I got from this company! Right after I ordered something, they got in touch with me and gave me some ideas, and really listened to what I needed. I like it when a company takes the time to check in with their customers. But, I gotta confess, I got the Undescended Testicle bottle for my puppy, and then I realized he actually has both testicles. Kinda funny, but I'll hang on to the bottle just in case it's needed down the road.

7 seat outdoor patio set
I ordered the 7-seat outdoor patio set back in February and just got around to setting it up this past weekend. But, when we were putting it together, we realized there was a missing or wrong piece. I decided to shoot an email to customer service and was pretty happy when I got a response later that day. They quickly sent out the correct piece and we had the issue fixed in just two days. The patio set is really good quality and I'm happy with my buy. Definitely planning on ordering from them again in the future.

Dress
I recently bought a dress online and I was happy that it arrived quickly. But when I got it, I was bummed out because it didn't look like the picture on the website. I know it can happen sometimes, but it still wasn't cool. Things got worse when I tried to return the dress. I followed the return instructions on the website, which said I had to send a message and wait for approval. I did all that, but I didn't hear back and I'm still waiting to return it. Barefoot shoes for work
I got these barefoot shoes to swap out my old work shoes, the Lems 9 to 5s. Being a nurse, I'm on my feet a lot, so I needed comfy and tough shoes. These ones totally beat what I was hoping for, especially for the price. They fit great, give awesome support, and are holding up great. Plus, they came quick in the mail, which was a nice surprise.

Ongoing treatment purchase
My experience with the treatment service has been pretty frustrating. They say they'll save you money, but the way they handle billing and surprise charges without explanations just leaves me annoyed. I pay $30 every three months for the treatment, but I never get any statements or receipts. On top of that, I have to shell out 45 bucks each quarter for the prescription, which ends up being more than I bargained for. The worst part was when I got an email on a Friday night saying they'd be hitting me with a $112 charge that following Monday for an insurance claim related to my "ongoing care." The short notice and lack of clarity on the extra cost really rubbed me the wrong way. When I tried to ask for more info, all they gave me was a sample screenshot of a checkout page, insisting I must have chosen the pay later option. Their customer service team wasn't much help and seemed shady with their practices, which isn't cool as a paying customer. All in all, I've had a bad experience with the service and I think I'll just stick with Excedrin or some other option.

I recently got some delicious chocolates from this place. They were absolutely amazing and made me feel like I was in heaven! The only downside was that the shipping company wasn't sure when they would arrive. However, when they did arrive, they were beautifully packaged and tasted incredibly good! Yeah, so I ordered this muscle water retention stuff from Vitaliving, and get this - it ended up messing up my TV! Every time I tried using it, my TV would start changing channels on its own. I reached out to them and they admitted they were aware of the issue but still kept selling it! They initially said I could get a refund if I sent it back, but later claimed it was past the trial period. Seriously? It's defective, so why should that matter? I had to pay to ship it back to them and then they just refused to give me a refund. Not cool, Vitaliving, not cool at all.
