Undescended Testicle bottle
I was so pleased with the customer service I got from this company! Right after I ordered something, they got in touch with me and gave me some ideas, and really listened to what I needed. I like it when a company takes the time to check in with their customers. But, I gotta confess, I got the Undescended Testicle bottle for my puppy, and then I realized he actually has both testicles. Kinda funny, but I'll hang on to the bottle just in case it's needed down the road.

Belt purchase
I was kinda unsure about the belts at first, but once I got them, I was actually really impressed with how good they looked and felt. It did take me a little while to get used to how to loosen them, but now that I have, I'm super happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

The material is so soft and comfy, it almost feels like I'm wearing nothing at all! The support it provides without wires is truly amazing. And I can't forget to mention how much I love the seamless panties, they pair perfectly with my leggings.

Barefoot shoes for work
I got these barefoot shoes to swap out my old work shoes, the Lems 9 to 5s. Being a nurse, I'm on my feet a lot, so I needed comfy and tough shoes. These ones totally beat what I was hoping for, especially for the price. They fit great, give awesome support, and are holding up great. Plus, they came quick in the mail, which was a nice surprise.

Big screen TV purchase
I got an amazing deal on a huge TV from this place. The price couldn't be beat, so I had to grab it. The white glove delivery took a bit longer than I thought from east coast to west coast, but they brought the TV to my house, unpacked it, and made sure it was working perfectly, which I appreciated. The customer service was really responsive, and being able to talk to a real person was a big bonus. They quickly followed up on all my questions. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in search of awesome deals.

I bought some sandals from their website, and man, it was a total disaster. The package never got shipped, even though they gave me a tracking number. When I tried to reach out to them on Instagram, they straight up deleted my message. Their customer service is the worst! I'm not putting up with this nonsense, so I'm filing a claim dispute with Amex to get my money back. Don't even bother shopping on their website, it's a total scam!

watch, scratches, no battery, poor service
I just bought a watch from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. The watch showed up all scratched up, and to make things even worse, it didn't have a battery in it. When I reached out to customer service to try and sort out the problems, they were completely useless. No responses to my emails, and nobody ever picked up the phone. And on top of it all, UPS never came to grab the watch for a return, so now I'm stuck with a broken watch and no way to fix it. I gotta say, I'm really disappointed in the service and products this company has to offer.

This was my first time ordering from this store, and I have to admit I was really impressed. I placed my order on November 2nd, and my sneakers arrived on November 3rd delivered by DHL. It's pretty amazing how fast the shipping was from Spain to the US. The sneakers showed up in perfect shape, double-boxed, and in the right size. They also sent me plenty of email updates about my order status. I definitely recommend this store.

I bought some muscle water retention stuff
Yeah, so I ordered this muscle water retention stuff from Vitaliving, and get this - it ended up messing up my TV! Every time I tried using it, my TV would start changing channels on its own. I reached out to them and they admitted they were aware of the issue but still kept selling it! They initially said I could get a refund if I sent it back, but later claimed it was past the trial period. Seriously? It's defective, so why should that matter? I had to pay to ship it back to them and then they just refused to give me a refund. Not cool, Vitaliving, not cool at all.

I returned these boots months ago, but the store hasn't given me my money back yet! The tracking says the boots made it back to them, but they keep dodging my questions about the refund. They're asking for more "proof" and tracking details, even though they already have their boots back! I'm beyond annoyed - I even had to call my credit card company to fight the charge. I'm done with this store. Avoid it at all costs!

I just got some work pants and shirts from this place not too long ago. The clothes are made with strong, comfy materials, and I was really happy with how good they were.
