Recent shirt & suit purchase
I recently bought some shirts and a suit, but had some delays with the delivery. After the first issue, I was really happy with how quickly the company responded and fixed everything. When my suit order was delayed, I got in touch with customer service and talked to Mikayla. She was super professional and helped me out right away. Mikayla offered to refund the delivery charge for the delay and even gave me the option to place a new order. She promised to make sure the new order got to me on time. And she did! The replacement order arrived just when she said it would, and it totally restored my confidence in the company's dedication to keeping customers happy. I was really impressed with how attentive and fast the customer service team at TM was in solving the issue.
Quality products !Quality price
Great collection for all seasons for both men and women Prices of different items are at little higher side what I realized.
Woolen jumpers collections of this store is very attractive.I have dozens of jumpers and all are equally good by colors and fittings .
In this season few jackets I have collected for men and women.Quality materials either of cotton or leather ,fittings and colors are key factors ,none of them can be neglected while choose.But not possible to buy all, I just mean to say ,almost maximum products either shirts,casual or official ,suits ,coats ,purchased since last nine years.No complain yet .High-quality suits
I was really impressed with the service from this company. Everything went smoothly and quickly from the moment I ordered. The suits I got were top-notch, even better than I thought they would be. The attention to detail and craftsmanship really showed, and I felt great and put together when I wore them. But what really made the difference for me was the customer service. Rosie and the staff were fantastic - they really made sure I was happy with my purchase. Their knowledge and expertise made the whole process enjoyable. I'm definitely going to tell all my friends and coworkers about this company!
Shirts and ties
I gotta say, the shirts and ties from this store are top-notch. You can tell they're made with love and attention to detail. But man, their customer service needs some work. I've tried using promo codes when buying stuff a few times, and they never seem to work. And when I've reached out for help, I never hear back. It's really frustrating and makes me feel like they don't care about me as a customer. I've been shopping at this store for a long time, both in person and online, so I expected more from them.
Shirts of varying sizes and styles
I just bought a bunch of shirts from this company with different sizes and styles. They got delivered super fast, I mean, I got them the very next day. But, when I tried them on, they just didn't quite fit right. The quality could be better too, they felt a bit off.

I've been buying shirts from this brand for more than twenty years, and they never disappoint on quality. The durable fabric means the shirts last a long time, and the easy iron feature saves me time and effort. A little starch after washing, and the collars stay nice and crisp.
Slim fit quality shirt purchase
I just bought a nice slim fit shirt in size medium from this store and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. The shirt fits me just right and the quality is awesome. It's made from comfy material that seems like it'll hold up well. I've bought stuff from this store before and the quality has always been good. Slim fit shirt
I used to really like how this brand moved from having a store to selling stuff online. But my latest experience wasn't as great. The shirt I bought was good quality, but the service was not so great. They used to trim shirt sleeves for you, but they don't do that anymore. And they mostly cater to people who like slim fit clothes, which is a bummer for me since I like regular sizes. The quality is still okay, but the service and choices aren't as good as they used to be.
Recent shirt purchase
I just bought a shirt from this store and I wanted to talk about how it went. I've been shopping there for a while because their stuff is good quality, the prices are fair, and they have sizes that fit me well, especially the longer arm lengths (I need a 38" sleeve). Lately though, I've noticed they don't have as many options as they used to, so I'm giving them 4 stars. I'm hoping they'll get back to where they used to be soon.
High quality off-the-rack garments
I've been a loyal customer of this company for years, only buying their shirts and suits. Their products are top-notch and really well-made. It's crazy, but I've noticed that their off-the-rack suits are actually better quality than some of the custom ones I've had made before. If you're looking for some off-the-rack suits and shirts, I definitely suggest checking out this company.
Trying to buy a specific suit
I'm a retired CPA and it's pretty important for me to find the right suit. I always head over to T M Lewin for high-quality suits, and the Wilkinson Infinity Active Slim Fit Blue Plain Jacket is just what I want. But the size I need is sold out right now. Shirt purchase
I used to be a loyal customer of this brand! I always bought my shirts in the store. But ever since they went all online, I haven't been impressed with the small shirt selection. Shopping just isn't as fun as it used to be. They should really think about opening up some stores in Central London to make their customers happy and bring back some of us old regulars.
Recent disappointed purchase
I recently went to buy something and was bummed out because they didn't have what I wanted anymore. I've shopped there before and always loved what I got, but this time was a bust. Hopefully, they change their minds and bring back that item.
