Tight shirts return
The shirts I bought were so tight, I could hardly even take a deep breath in them. When I tried to return them, I couldn't believe it when they said I wore them and made stains. The stains were barely noticeable, and I promise I never wore those shirts. Now they won't give me my money back, which is just unfair and crazy. I'm really upset and won't be shopping there anymore. I'm going to tell everyone about this, it's just not right.
Recent Clothing Purchase
I recently bought some clothes from this store, and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole experience. I got a few different things to make sure they fit right, but unfortunately, I had to return some stuff that didn't work out. What really got to me was that four times in a row, they messed up my refunds. It's not just a one-time mistake, it feels like something shady might be going on. If I hadn't checked every time, I would've lost a lot of money. The customer service when I tried to sort it out was just terrible. It seems like they don't care at all about their customers, which is a shame considering how good their products are.
Shirts of varying sizes and styles
I just bought a bunch of shirts from this company with different sizes and styles. They got delivered super fast, I mean, I got them the very next day. But, when I tried them on, they just didn't quite fit right. The quality could be better too, they felt a bit off.

I've been buying shirts from this brand for more than twenty years, and they never disappoint on quality. The durable fabric means the shirts last a long time, and the easy iron feature saves me time and effort. A little starch after washing, and the collars stay nice and crisp.
Slim fit shirt
I used to really like how this brand moved from having a store to selling stuff online. But my latest experience wasn't as great. The shirt I bought was good quality, but the service was not so great. They used to trim shirt sleeves for you, but they don't do that anymore. And they mostly cater to people who like slim fit clothes, which is a bummer for me since I like regular sizes. The quality is still okay, but the service and choices aren't as good as they used to be.

I bought a shirt from this place recently and I was bummed when after only five washes, the pocket started changing color. That made the shirt unusable. When I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't help me without the receipt. This lack of responsibility and not being willing to fix the problem has left me feeling annoyed and let down. So, I won't be buying from them again. It's too bad that what looked like a good product ended up being a total waste of money.

I'm a retired CPA and it's pretty important for me to find the right suit. I've bought a bunch of corporate shirts from this online store and honestly, they're the best shirts I've ever had. The quality and fit are top-notch, so they're my first pick for work clothes. They arrived quickly, and they were much cheaper too. I guess I won't be shopping here again.

I used to be a loyal customer of this brand! I always bought my shirts in the store. But ever since they went all online, I haven't been impressed with the small shirt selection. Recent shirt & suit purchase
I recently bought some shirts and a suit, but had some delays with the delivery. After the first issue, I was really happy with how quickly the company responded and fixed everything. When my suit order was delayed, I got in touch with customer service and talked to Mikayla. She was super professional and helped me out right away. Mikayla offered to refund the delivery charge for the delay and even gave me the option to place a new order. She promised to make sure the new order got to me on time. And she did! The replacement order arrived just when she said it would, and it totally restored my confidence in the company's dedication to keeping customers happy. I was really impressed with how attentive and fast the customer service team at TM was in solving the issue.
