Custom PC build
The whole process of building my Custom PC went really smoothly and efficiently. I liked getting those email updates about how everything was going, it made me feel more involved. It took about a week to finish building the PC which was totally fine with me. So far, the PC is working great and doing everything I need it to. One little idea for making it even better would be to add a 'quick set up' sheet, especially for those smaller PC cases. It can be a bit confusing at first trying to load things from the bottom, so that might help out.

Wireless earbuds purchase
I bought some wireless earbuds from Just Audio and they are just awful. The sound quality is terrible, the battery life stinks, and they keep falling out of my ears. I was really let down by the product and wish I hadn't wasted my money on it. Plus, when I reached out for a refund, the customer service was no help at all. I'm definitely not coming back to shop here and wouldn't suggest their products to anyone.
