I am a long-time client of Origin PC, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. The custom building process is easy to navigate, and the customer service team is incredibly helpful and responsive. I have purchased multiple high-performance PCs from Origin, and each one has exceeded my expectations in terms of speed and overall performance.
One thing I particularly appreciate about Origin is their attention to detail. They take the time to understand my specific needs and make recommendations based on that, instead of just trying to upsell me on the most expensive options. Origin PC was formed by former Alienware executives Kevin Wasielewski, Hector Penton and, Richard Cary after the acquisition of dell by Alienware. The name of the company originated from the fact that the new company intended to get back to the roots of building high performing and custom computers for both hardware enthusiasts and gamers. The company initial products were the EON18 laptop and the GENESIS desktop. The company, however, started a new line of thin and light high performing laptops in 2014. The company other products include GENESIS and MILLENNIUM Desktop case that the company designs from the ground.
