Booking room for elderly mother abroad
I recently reached out to the Guest Service Team at the hotel to help me book a room for my elderly mother who was traveling abroad. The team, with Jessie Fisher, Eric Einschütz, and Yannick Fournell, really went above and beyond to assist me with the booking process. Since my mother doesn't have a credit card, I had to use mine to make the reservation. The booking got tricky because it was connected to a court appointment that kept getting rescheduled before finally being called off. Despite all these changes, the hotel team stayed patient and helpful, making adjustments to the booking as needed and even helping me get a refund when the appointment was cancelled.

Portable audio equipment and accessories purchase
Hifigo is awesome for picking up portable audio gear and accessories at better prices than UK stores. What really got me was that they handle all the taxes in the shipping costs, so the prices you see are the prices you pay. The delivery wasn't too bad either, my stuff got to me in about a week or two from China, and they gave me a tracking number so I could keep an eye on it. But the real winner here for me was their top-notch customer service - quick, polite, and super helpful. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

I'm never ordering groceries from this place again. Every time I order, it shows up late, and they only tell me about out-of-stock items after I've already been charged. It's so annoying because then I have to make an extra trip to another store to get the stuff they didn't have.

So here's the deal - my wife's credit card got hacked, man. Someone used it to buy stuff at that store. I called customer service a couple times and chatted with some folks who were nice. Kinda let down since this is a pretty big deal.

I've bought a bunch of lumbar support stuff before, so I was kinda doubtful about trying something different. But let me tell you, BackJoy has really impressed me.
