We got the BK1 e-bike for our kids, and they loved it! But, the battery crapped out after a few rides. We reached out to the company, and they were on it right away. They sent us a new battery real quick. The company's replies were speedy throughout, and the shipping was fast too. We're happy with their service and would suggest them to anyone in the market for a budget-friendly e-bike for their kiddos.
Electric scooter purchase for myself and my son
The electric scooter I bought from this brand has made a huge difference for my son and me. We've tested other scooters in the past, but this one really stands out for its top-notch quality and durability. The design is super sleek and the battery life is seriously impressive. However, I did run into a problem with the battery after a few weeks of using it. I got in touch with customer service and they were super quick to respond, sending me a new battery in just a few days. I really appreciate their fast help, and it's made me a loyal customer for sure.
Bikes p6 and ex6
I got the bikes p6 and ex6 back in April and really enjoyed my experience with the company. The p6 came pretty fast, but the ex6 was delayed until May. Rina, who I was talking to, was really friendly and helpful the whole time. I mentioned we were going on vacation, so she held off on the ex6 until we got back. It ended up arriving just 4 days after we returned. Both bikes are really speedy and just like they were described. All in all, I had a fantastic time dealing with this company!
Electric scooter purchase
I recently bought an electric scooter from this company, and I gotta say, I've been really impressed with how things have gone. The scooter itself is top-notch and has been working like a charm. But after using it a bunch, the battery started to act up. So, I got in touch with customer service, and I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and willing to help they were. They figured out the problem quick and gave me a sweet discount on a new battery. The new one got here fast and was super easy to put in, so now I'm back to scootin' around without any issues. I'm super happy with both the product and the service I got from this company.
Hiboy Max Pro electric scooter
I recently scooped up the Hiboy Max Pro electric scooter and I gotta say, I've been cruising around on it for about a month now. This thing is pretty dope - it's got two brakes on the handlebars, some sweet dual suspension action, 11-inch wheels, a solid battery life, and a big ol' platform to stand on. Plus, it looks pretty sleek and the lighting is a nice touch.
But, it's not all sunshine and rainbows with this scooter. The control panel with just one button can be a bit of a pain to navigate, and not having an odometer is definitely a bummer. The app interface is pretty basic too, could use some work for sure. Despite these little hiccups, overall I'm still stoked about my purchase. I have had this scooter for one year and live in the midwest, so only used it for about half of that time. I'd say once to twice a week I took a ride on it and now it will not hold a charge for more than 1 minute of use.. I am hoping that they will honor their product and understand that this battery should not have failed in such a short time as I always kept the scooter charged after use and unplugged within 24 hrs of charging. Waiting for a response and will update.
S2 Lite scooter
My scooter had very little use and also, I kept my Hiboy scooter in perfect condition, the useful life was 14 months. You pay a very high price for a very low quality. Technical support immediately disregards the problem when it sees that the product is out of warranty. What a disappointment!!

We have bought many scooters and this one is hands down the best! The shipping was extremely fast and customer service rep (Suki) was amazing!! Highly recommend and will be buy all our scooters there from now on! So glad I found Hiboy!
S2 Pro
Scooter quit charging after 3 miles of use. Numerous complaints on Amazon about stalk busting off, scooter cutting off, throttle locking up. Unreliable and dangerous. Non-responsive customer service.

MAX3 scooter
I made a purchase for 2 scooter’s for some reason my cart was changed to 4...try to contact customer service via emails multiple times, directly from contact page...no answer no emails and they never contacted me back. I only received an Acknowledgment that they had received my request and and they would get back to me within 24 hours that never happened so they shipped 4 scooter and I can’t reach or contact anyone in this company that’s not good at all !!! I can only imagine the product quality.....
