The customer service here is great, but the fabric quality is not as good. I got a silk blouse and it started to pill after a few wears, then lost its shine after one wash. They suggested a laundry detergent, but even after trying it, the blouse didn't improve. I guess I'll just stick with cotton from now on.

I ordered some hair scrunchies from this store and they looked nothing like the pictures online! When I called to complain, the lady I spoke with didn't believe me and was really rude. I ended up having to go somewhere else to get my money back.
