Recent product change
I've been a customer for a while now and usually, I'm happy with what I get. But, I gotta say, the last jar of powder I bought was kind of a letdown. The formula seems different because now it doesn't dissolve in my coffee like it used to. Before, it would just mix in perfectly without changing the look or taste. But now, it just sits on top and clumps up unless I really stir it. It makes my coffee look weird and taste different, and I can't find any info online about why they changed it. It's got me feeling pretty bummed and confused.

Boots too small
So I bought these boots from a shoe store and they were supposed to be a little smaller than my usual size. But when they arrived, they were way too tiny, like squishing my toes tiny. I called the store and they said I had to pay to send them back, which is annoying because it was their mistake for recommending the wrong size. Seriously, why suggest a smaller size if you know I'll have to check the size chart anyway? Not cool. I definitely won't be shopping there again.

I've been using this survey platform for a while, and I like a lot of things about it. But, there are definitely some areas that could be better. One big problem for me is the payment system. Damaged Dallas Cowboys Freezer Mugs
Rallyhouse really needs to step up their game when it comes to packaging and protecting items for shipping. I recently ordered two Dallas Cowboys Freezer Mugs, and they showed up in terrible condition. The packaging was lacking - it was just a flimsy plastic bag with a soggy packing slip, gel pellets, and wet strips of shredded paper. Both mugs were in bad shape, with one having chipped edges and the other having cracks and a detached rim. I've never seen such a shipping mess before. Rallyhouse really needs to up their packaging game to avoid incidents like this in the future.

I bought a jacket from this company recently and man, their customer service was seriously the worst. And on top of that, I sent back a return weeks ago and haven't even gotten a refund or any sort of confirmation. I've been getting mint toothpaste from this place for a while now, and I have to say, it's really top-notch. Hey everyone, I just had to share my experience with this company, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I splurged on a $400 bag, only to have it show up with some serious damage to the handle. I reached out to them and their response? They had the nerve to say that their bags come with "slight imperfections." Can you believe that? I sent the bag back and they had the audacity to charge me a $9.82 return fee. I had bought it as a Mother's Day gift, and instead of a happy mom, I ended up stressed out and disappointed. They didn't seem to care at all, no apologies or offers to make things right. I'm really mad about it. If only I could show you the pictures and email exchanges. #WARNING Stay away from this company, they charge way too much for what you get.
