Charger cord for tablet
I bought a charger cord for my tablet on August 12th, and got an email saying it was shipped, but no tracking info. I sent three emails asking about it, but got no response. It's now September and I still haven't received it. I'm really upset about the lack of communication and not getting my purchase. I might have to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. Next time, I'll definitely do more research on companies before buying from them.
Telephone holster order still not received
I ordered a phone holster from this company not too long ago, but I still haven't gotten it. I've tried reaching out to them through email two times, but they haven't replied at all. I looked on Trust Pilot and saw that other customers are having the same problem, so now I'm not sure if this company is legit.
iPhone case purchase
My experience with this company has been terrible. I bought an iPhone case from them and it turned out to be a disaster. The case was low quality, probably made in China, and it had a really strong rubber smell that was so bad I couldn't even use it. On top of that, I got charged extra for shipping at the post office even though they said it was supposed to be free. I'm really upset about how they're not being honest and how they're trying to deceive people.
Phone case
So I placed an order online around 10:00 pm. But you won't believe what happened. There was a glitch with the payment system, so I quickly shot them an email with the correct address. And get this, they didn't even bother checking their emails until Thursday! Like seriously, what's the point of having an email if you're not going to stay on top of it, you know? I even provided them with my phone number, c'mon now! So, needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed. No way I'll be buying from them in the future. #NotImpressed
iPhone case and screen protector
I ordered an iPhone case and screen protector from this site and it took forever to get here! I placed my order on May 20th but it didn't even ship until May 28th, like what?! And don't even get me started on their customer service - so slow to respond, it's like talking to a turtle. To make matters worse, I got a shipping confirmation email that included all the items I ordered, so I thought everything was on its way. But then a week later, they hit me with an email saying the phone case was actually out of stock. If they had just told me that when they shipped my order, I could have gone to another site to get a case! Ugh, so annoying.
Pixel 3 screen protectors
I'm so disappointed with the service I got from this company. I thought I was ordering a multipack of Pixel 3 screen protectors, but they sent me ones for a Pixel XL instead. I tried to cancel the wrong order right away, but they said it was too late. Plus, the screens I did get had a sticker on them blacked out with a marker, so I can't even use them. They really messed up and didn't seem to care about fixing it or making it right. I won't be buying from them again.
Phone cases
I want to share my experience as a customer at CellPhoneCases. I really value accuracy in product descriptions and quality control. I recently bought a couple of phone cases from them, hoping they would be strong and fit my device perfectly. Unfortunately, I was let down when the cases turned out to be flimsy and didn't give my phone the protection it needed. I followed their return policy, sent back the cases with tracking to prove delivery. But, even after waiting for SEVEN WEEKS, I still didn't get the refund they promised. Adding to the frustration, the customer service number listed on the site was disconnected, leaving me feeling tricked and annoyed. It's just not right for a company to operate like this, taking money from customers and not holding up their part of the deal.

I bought a phone case from this company, but I never got a confirmation email. I sent them a bunch of emails asking about my order, and when they finally replied, they were really rude and accused me of lying. The customer service was so bad, and I'm still waiting for my stuff to arrive. I might just ask for a refund now.
High impact military grade cover and belt clip
I recently bought a tough military grade phone case and belt clip from this company I've bought stuff from before. But this time, the belt clip on it broke. I tried reaching out to them like they said on their website, but got no response for more than a week. So frustrating! I called them a bunch of times throughout the day, but it was always busy. As a last shot, I emailed them, but still heard nothing back. This total lack of communication and customer service is super disappointing, and really makes me question their trustworthiness. Something's seriously wrong with how they handle their customers, and it's not cool to treat people like this. So, I'm taking my business elsewhere to a better company that actually cares about their customers and backs up their products.
Phone case never received
Recently, I bought a phone case from this company, but it never showed up. I tried contacting them several times, but got no reply and didn't get my money back. It's really frustrating to have a bad experience with a company that promises good stuff and good service.
Multiple purchases over several years
I've been coming to this store for a few years now and I've bought a bunch of phone cases for different devices. When I first ordered in 2017, I messed up but they still made sure I got my stuff. Ever since then, I've been happy with what I've gotten and they've always been on time. They might not be the quickest shippers, but their prices are really good and hard to beat. Unfortunately, my last order took almost two weeks to ship, which was a bummer compared to my past experiences. Even so, I'm gonna give them another shot next time. Hopefully they can work on getting things out faster and I'm excited to keep shopping here.
Phone case for wife's birthday
I ordered a phone case for my wife's birthday back on May 29th. After I paid, I didn't get any confirmation or info on when it would arrive. I waited a week, then reached out through their site. They said they got my message, but I never heard back after emailing them three times. I should have checked their reviews before buying. I ended up disputing the charge with PayPal and got my money back on July 2nd. Still haven't heard anything from the company.
Cell phone case
Even though the website was down for a whole week, I was still able to reach out to customer service to ask about returning a phone case I accidentally bought in the wrong size. I was happy to hear that I could get a refund, even though it was my mistake. The person I spoke with from customer service was really nice, they understood my situation, and they made it easy for me to return the case. I'm grateful for their help and quick reply when the site was having issues. All in all, I'm pleased with the service I got.
Samsung Galaxy S10 Case, Spring Flowers/Electric Pink TUFF Hybrid Case Cover [Military-Grade]
We were so pumped to get our first order from this company, and it really lived up to our expectations. The Samsung Galaxy S10 case we got was just like they said - with a super pretty Spring Flowers/Electric Pink design and top-notch military-grade protection. And as a family business, we were stoked to see they also have Apple cases available, so we'll be checking those out for sure. Plus, dealing with Glen from the company was awesome - he kept us in the loop with clear and on-time communication the whole time. In the end, we're happy with our purchase and would totally recommend this company to others.
Screen protector replacement
After having a bad experience with my first order, I was actually happy when CellPhoneCases came through and replaced the cracked screen protectors like they said they would. I left a not-so-great review on Trustpilot, but they emailed me to take care of the problem. It was a relief to see that they actually listened to my feedback and fixed the situation. I really value their dedication to making sure customers are happy and their willingness to fix things when they don't go as planned.
Bolt case cover in blue
I just bought this awesome bolt case cover in blue and I have to say, I'm super satisfied with it. The case feels really sturdy and tough. I don't plan on dropping my phone just to see if it works, but it seems like it would do a good job protecting it. The design is really cool and it's comfortable to grip. I love that it has a little stand that pops out from the back, so I can watch stuff without having to prop up my phone. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase.
Case and screen protector
I bought a case and screen protector for my son from CellPhoneCases back in late August 2021. Unfortunately, they sent us the wrong size for both items. Even though they messed up, I decided to go through their return policy and exchange process like they say on their website. I packed up the wrong stuff, wrote a note about what we needed, and sent it back. But then, we waited for weeks and never got the right replacements. When I asked about the exchange, they weren't helpful at all and basically said there was nothing else they could do. It's now late November, and we still don't have the right case and screen protector. This whole thing has been really frustrating and disappointing, so I would advise others to be careful if they're expecting good or quick service from this company.
Cell phone case
I just bought something from this company, and I gotta say, it's been a total mess. I got a phone case, and their site said they'd process my order in 24 hours. It's been three days, and my order is still stuck on "processing." On top of that, I've sent a bunch of emails to customer service, but haven't heard anything back. They're fast to take your money but super slow to help you out. Definitely watch out if you're thinking about buying from them.

I ordered a phone case from this website, but I never received it. They did refund my money though, which was nice. I really wish they had just sent me the case instead. For the future, they should definitely work on improving customer communication so we are all kept in the loop. Remember, communication is super important, folks!
