iPhone case purchase
I recently bought an iPhone case that didn't match what was advertised. The color was totally off from what I saw online, and the screen protector it came with was cheaply made. After only a little while of using it, I noticed a bunch of scratches on the protector even though I wasn't using my phone much. When I contacted customer service about it, they gave me a response that didn't really help and seemed like they were blowing me off.

iPhone case and screen protector
I ordered an iPhone case and screen protector from this site and it took forever to get here! I placed my order on May 20th but it didn't even ship until May 28th, like what?! And don't even get me started on their customer service - so slow to respond, it's like talking to a turtle. To make matters worse, I got a shipping confirmation email that included all the items I ordered, so I thought everything was on its way. But then a week later, they hit me with an email saying the phone case was actually out of stock. If they had just told me that when they shipped my order, I could have gone to another site to get a case! Ugh, so annoying.

Bison testicle order delay
My first time ordering from your company didn't go as I had hoped. I bought some bison testicles, which I'd never tried before, hoping to serve them at a family gathering. But the event passed without any bison testicles because my order was delayed. Turns out, your company was switching shippers, and I wasn't told. If I had known, maybe I could've ordered from somewhere else. I only found out about the delay when I sent an email asking for an update.

Lego Minecraft Set
The product info said it was good for kids 6 and older, but when I bought it and tried to put it together, I realized there were a ton of tiny pieces that were hard to find. The instructions were also pretty tough to understand, so it was tricky for someone who's not a Minecraft expert to figure it out. I was really let down by how much harder it was than I expected, so I wouldn't suggest it for younger kids.

I just bought a smart watch from this website and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it.
