I bought a vinyl pool liner not too long ago and needed some help figuring out how to measure my pool for it. They connected me with someone who was really helpful and walked me through the measurement steps over email. After sending pictures of my pool back and forth, I was able to measure everything correctly and order the right liner. I finally put the liner in, and it fits like a glove! I just wanted to say thanks for the help I got while ordering the liner.

Personalized ornament purchase
I ordered a personalized ornament from this company back on December 4th. The shipping info said that it would take 6 to 8 days for personalization. After patiently waiting for 2 days, I tried to get in touch with customer service several times. When I finally reached someone, the agent I spoke with was not helpful at all. In fact, she was really rude. She told me that my ornament wouldn't arrive until after Christmas and that there was nothing she could do to speed things up. When I asked to speak to a manager, she just hung up on me. I definitely won't be buying from this company again.

Rental experience
I rented a movie from this service recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with how easy it was. They had a wide variety of movies to choose from, which made it super easy for me to find something I wanted to watch. Checking out was fast and the confirmation email came right away. Man, my internet was terrible, like trying to use dial-up back in the Stone Age. I tried calling a bunch of times to cancel, but they just kept ignoring me. They even hung up on me once and never bothered calling back. And to top it off, I got hit with a $300 bill even after I disconnected! Then they went and sold my info to some shady debt collectors. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay far away from them!
