Seresto Flea Collars for small dogs
I bought three Seresto Flea Collars for small dogs from this company and was let down to discover that they're not real. I reached out to the manufacturer and found out that this company isn't approved to sell Seresto products. I'm really bummed out about it and plan to take it up with my credit card company.

Wrong style in order
I ordered something from this company and they sent me the wrong style. I've tried contacting Customer Service four times to fix it, but nobody's gotten back to me. It's super frustrating and disappointing dealing with their lack of communication and bad customer service. I definitely don't recommend buying from them.

I just bought some more stuff from that store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how it all turned out. They shipped my order all the way from Italy to LA super quick and smooth, which was a nice surprise. The two designer shoes I got were totally legit and way better in quality than I thought they'd be. Plus, they hooked me up with some coupon codes that saved me a little cash. Foundation purchase
I texted them on WhatsApp about this foundation I bought and it felt like I was talking to a brick wall! I requested a return label and they straight up said no, with the whole deal of me having to pay for shipping myself. How lame is that? The person on the other end was so unfriendly and made me feel dumb or something. I mean, come on, I'm the one spending money here! I'm definitely not making a purchase from them again. To top it off, I sent an email to customer service and didn't even get a reply. So rude!

Bed and curtain rod purchase
I recently bought a bed and a curtain rod from the store. But man, I ran into some issues with my order. First off, they told me the bed I wanted was actually out of stock because of a system glitch. So even though I was able to place the order anyway, it was a bummer not having the right inventory info. That mix-up delayed my delivery, which was super annoying. On top of that, I threw in a curtain rod for 28 bucks. But since the bed wasn't coming, the dang curtain rod was pointless without it. The customer service folks offered to refund me for the bed, but I didn't think it made sense to pay full price just for the rod.

Extended warranty washing machine purchase
I just bought this washing machine with an extended warranty from this store not too long ago. But guess what? The thing crapped out on me after just 3 weeks. So, I tried to return it, thinking it would be a breeze. Boy, was I wrong. Dealing with this store has been a total nightmare. I talked to so many different people - salespeople, receptionists, even the folks at head office and HR - and none of them could help me out. Yeah, their prices might look good, but the terrible customer service and lack of support make it not even worth it. If you need help with a return or any issues, don't hold your breath for a call back or quick service.

So I got this pink sweater and it felt kind of cheap for the price I paid. But it fit me perfectly, so I guess that's a win. I don't think I'll shop from them again though. Oh, but the shipping was really fast, which was a nice surprise.

Short membership
This site was such a waste of money. I only did one month and it was obvious right away that it was a mistake. I kept getting messages from what seemed like scammers and the matches they showed me were nothing like what I wanted. I ended up leaving after just 2 weeks and went back to the other site I was on before, which is much better. Christian Mingle is the worst dating site ever. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone!

I was really disappointed by my experience with this subscription box company. At first, I thought their rebranding was cool, but it quickly became clear that things were going downhill. It took forever for the boxes to show up, and they were super quick to take money from my account. When I finally got my first box, I was not impressed at all, and that's when I decided to cancel. But, surprise surprise, they had already charged me for the next box, which never even made it to my door, and they never gave me a refund. Every time I tried to talk to customer service, I got the same canned response from different people who didn't really help at all. Instead of giving me my money back for the box they didn't send, they just offered me useless promo codes. It felt like they were holding on to my money because I had canceled. I even went to the Better Business Bureau, but Birchbox ignored it and never gave me my money back. All in all, a totally shady and untrustworthy company.

Man, my internet was terrible, like trying to use dial-up back in the Stone Age. I tried calling a bunch of times to cancel, but they just kept ignoring me. They even hung up on me once and never bothered calling back. And to top it off, I got hit with a $300 bill even after I disconnected! Then they went and sold my info to some shady debt collectors. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay far away from them!
