    Crappy pants purchase

    The customer service at this store is just terrible. I had some problems with a pair of pants I bought recently, and Juan and his team did a terrible job of helping me out. They were not helpful at all, kind of rude, and just plain dismissive. It's a shame because their products are actually pretty good, but their awful customer service just ruins everything. I definitely won't be shopping here again.

    Cool stuff

    I purchased some awesome things from this store, but when I had an issue with my order, the customer service wasn't great. I had to send photos of the product even though they already had them, and then I didn't hear back for days. It made me feel like they didn't value me as a customer. I used to shop here frequently, but now I don't think I will anymore.

    Leather jacket purchase

    I had a problem with a leather jacket I bought at a store in Centro Oeste in Madrid. The staff there were really nice and understanding. They fixed the issue fast and I didn't have to deal with any extra hassle. It was great to see such awesome customer service. It just goes to show that the company is well-organized and knows how to take care of their customers.

    Basic burgundy t-shirt

    I bought this burgundy t-shirt back in April from a popular department store. But, when I washed it only twice in May, the color faded in three spots, even though I used delicate detergent. I was really bummed because I expected it to hold up better in the wash. Anyways, I went back to the store and talked to one of the sales reps about it. She swapped it out for a new shirt right away, no questions asked. I was impressed with their customer service, so I ended up buying two more shirts while I was there.

    Suede jacket purchase

    I bought this suede jacket from a store thinking it was one thing, but turns out I was given some wrong info about where it came from. So when I got back to the States, I got in touch with customer service to see if I could return it. That was on December 5th and all I got was a message saying they were looking into it, but haven't heard a peep since. It's pretty annoying that they're dropping the ball on fixing this mistake.

    I recently got a shirt from this store and after washing it just twice, I found a huge hole in it. The customer service might be good, but the clothes are definitely not. I was really let down by my purchase and won't be coming back to shop here.

    I had a problem with a delivery that was supposed to be delivered but I didn't get it. The customer service team was really helpful and fixed the issue fast.     My customer service experience was pretty bad until I connected with a representative named Cristina. I had tried emailing the company a bunch of times but didn't hear back until Cristina stepped in. Her help was amazing - not only did she reply quickly, but she also gave me the info I needed to fix my problem. I really thank her for being so professional and for truly caring about customers like me.

    Recent purchase of clothing

    My recent experience with this company has been really disappointing. I ordered something over two weeks ago and still haven't heard anything about when it'll arrive. When I tried to reach out to customer service, they weren't very helpful and just kept passing the blame on to their suppliers for the wait. Their poor communication and not taking responsibility is not what I expect from a company that's supposed to be reputable.

    I bought a jacket at this store when I was in Spain, but when I got back home, I saw that the size wasn't right for me. So I reached out to their customer service, and they were super helpful.     I had a terrible experience trying to sort out a return problem at that store. I tried to contact customer service several times, but didn't hear back. Finally, when I got a person on the line, they only spoke Spanish and ended the call when I asked if they spoke English. I tried calling again, but no one answered. It took sending so many emails before I finally got a response, and there wasn't even an apology. The return package made it back to Spain, but I still haven't gotten my refund.

    Unresponsive customer service

    My experience with this company has been super frustrating. I tried to return something but couldn't figure out how to do it. I reached out to customer support multiple times, calling and emailing, but never heard back. I ended up having to pay to send the item back to Spain myself, and still got no response from the company. This lack of communication and help is just not okay. I had to get legal help to deal with this mess.

    I just recently bought a bunch of stuff from this store, but had some problems with my first order. I tried getting in touch with Customer Service to cancel, but got no reply. Ended up having to send the items back on my dime. Had to get PayPal involved to sort things out. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience.
