    Customer service experience

    My customer service experience was pretty bad until I connected with a representative named Cristina. I had tried emailing the company a bunch of times but didn't hear back until Cristina stepped in. Her help was amazing - not only did she reply quickly, but she also gave me the info I needed to fix my problem. I really thank her for being so professional and for truly caring about customers like me.

    Suede jacket purchase

    I bought this suede jacket from a store thinking it was one thing, but turns out I was given some wrong info about where it came from. So when I got back to the States, I got in touch with customer service to see if I could return it. That was on December 5th and all I got was a message saying they were looking into it, but haven't heard a peep since. It's pretty annoying that they're dropping the ball on fixing this mistake.

    My recent experience with this company has been really disappointing. I ordered something over two weeks ago and still haven't heard anything about when it'll arrive. When I tried to reach out to customer service, they weren't very helpful and just kept passing the blame on to their suppliers for the wait. Their poor communication and not taking responsibility is not what I expect from a company that's supposed to be reputable.

    I had a terrible experience trying to sort out a return problem at that store. I tried to contact customer service several times, but didn't hear back. Finally, when I got a person on the line, they only spoke Spanish and ended the call when I asked if they spoke English. I tried calling again, but no one answered. It took sending so many emails before I finally got a response, and there wasn't even an apology. The return package made it back to Spain, but I still haven't gotten my refund.

    My experience with this company has been super frustrating. I tried to return something but couldn't figure out how to do it. I reached out to customer support multiple times, calling and emailing, but never heard back. I ended up having to pay to send the item back to Spain myself, and still got no response from the company. This lack of communication and help is just not okay. I had to get legal help to deal with this mess.

    Polo shirts

    I recently bought some polo shirts from this store and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the dye they used. After just one wash, the colors faded a ton, making the shirts look super old and worn out. So I went back to the store to talk about it. The staff told me not to use softener when washing the shirts, so I gave it a shot and only used detergent. But, surprise surprise, same thing happened again. So now I'm feeling pretty frustrated and kinda regretting my purchase. I have shirts from other brands that have never had this issue, so it's making me wonder about the quality of the stuff from this store. Even though they have some cool designs, the high prices aren't worth it if the dye is just gonna fade like that.

    Four jackets

    I just bought four jackets from this company and man, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. First off, it took forever for the jackets to finally show up. And when they did, two of them straight up looked like they had been worn already – they reeked of some strong perfume that set off my asthma. Plus, some of the clothes had weird discoloration and damage, like they'd been left out in the sun or something. It's a real bummer that this company couldn't bother to check their stuff before sending it out. Total lack of quality control and respect, if you ask me.

    Online order for a premium suit

    I'm really frustrated with this company. I ordered a fancy suit online two months back and paid for it right away. But hey, guess what, I still haven't gotten my order! I've tried getting in touch with customer service multiple times, sent four emails asking about my purchase, but haven't heard a peep back. Feels like I got scammed - no suit, no refund. Definitely steer clear of this online shop, folks.
