VisaScreen certificate preparation
I was lucky to work with a great teacher named Xeniya Almog on Linguatrip to prep for my VisaScreen certificate. Xeniya really helped me understand the TOEIC exam and gave me some super helpful tools and advice to improve my English skills and boost my TOEIC score. Her one-on-one classes were customized to focus on my personal needs and areas where I needed improvement, which made learning easier and more productive. Xeniya was patient, kind, and easy to talk to, creating a relaxed learning atmosphere that helped me improve my English language skills.

The flower pots from this company are really great. I bought one for a friend as a gift, and I was so impressed with how nice it was that I got another one for a different friend. They both loved their gifts and thought they were really unique and special. The personalization was a nice touch that made the gifts even more special.

Language learning bundle purchase
I recently bought a language learning bundle and I'm so glad I did. The customer service I got from the company was amazing; they answered all my questions super quickly, usually in less than 24 hours. The downloads were super easy to get to and use, which made the whole process really smooth. I actually found out about this company 17 years ago and was so impressed by their language demos that I ended up watching all of them - I was totally hooked! After just a week of doing the courses, I was able to impress my friend's daughter by talking to her in Dutch, which is her first language, all because of something I had learned in the course. It's crazy how fast these courses can improve your language skills. Not only are they great for traveling, but I've also seen how just knowing a few phrases in someone else's language can really help you connect with them. Big thanks to Dr. Michael Gruneberg for making such awesome language courses!

Hair care solutions
I thought it was interesting to try out personalized hair care solutions, so I gave it a shot. The online quiz to figure out what my hair needed was pretty cool and taught me a lot. I liked that they used a scientific method to create a shampoo and conditioner just for me. The products worked really well - my hair felt amazing, clean, soft, and healthy. I was really impressed by how personalized and high-quality Gemmist's products are.

A phone case
I ordered a phone case from them and it never showed up! They claimed it was delivered, but I never laid eyes on it. I tried hitting them up, but they never got back to me. They didn't even offer to send a replacement or refund my cash. Total bummer, man!

Testing services
I've been really happy with the testing services from this company ever since my friend told me about them a few years back. At first, I would call their 800 number to order tests, but now I just go on their website, which is super easy. I've never had any problems with ordering. The prices are fair, especially since I'm paying out of pocket. And I like that they sometimes have discounts available, which makes it even more affordable. I've told a bunch of my friends about them, and they've all had good experiences too.

Return issue
I had a terrible experience trying to sort out a return problem at that store. I tried to contact customer service several times, but didn't hear back. Finally, when I got a person on the line, they only spoke Spanish and ended the call when I asked if they spoke English. I tried calling again, but no one answered. It took sending so many emails before I finally got a response, and there wasn't even an apology. The return package made it back to Spain, but I still haven't gotten my refund.

Favorite cosmetic brand
LC is my favorite for makeup, seriously! I've bought a bunch of stuff from them and only had one problem, but it wasn't even their fault (darn post office). They were super quick about fixing it though, they sent me a replacement right away. I know I can count on the quality of their makeup and brushes, so they're my go-to for anything from eye shadows to brushes.
