Online TEFL course
I took an online TEFL course recently and man, what a letdown. The course material was so outdated, the videos looked terrible, and the quizzes were all messed up. The website made it sound like I was gonna get such a great learning experience, but all I ended up with was a ton of frustration and disappointment. Don't bother wasting your money on that program, look for something better.

I purchased some awesome things from this store, but when I had an issue with my order, the customer service wasn't great. I had to send photos of the product even though they already had them, and then I didn't hear back for days. It made me feel like they didn't value me as a customer. Note uploading and gift card redemption
My experience with the platform has been mostly positive, especially when it comes to uploading notes and getting gift cards. At first, the support team was quick to help out and I never had any problems getting my gift cards on time. Lately though, things have taken a bit of a nosedive. The support team isn't as quick to respond, my questions go unanswered for days. Plus, there have been delays in getting gift cards processed and no one bothers to let us users know what's going on. It's like we're left hanging when things don't go as planned, which can get pretty irritating. While OneClass is a solid way to make some extra cash by sharing notes, they really need to step up their game when it comes to customer support and keeping us in the loop.

I was pretty worried at first that my package got lost or wasn't going to show up since I had to keep asking about it. But after staying on top of it, I did end up getting my item on time. I bought some stuff from HobbyTron recently - three flying baby Yodas and a flying comet with two baby Yodas. I placed the orders on December 12th, and got an email saying they shipped on December 15th. I've been having trouble getting in touch with both HobbyTron and UPS about my deliveries. I sent them a bunch of emails, but the replies I got were not very helpful. Good customer service to me means clear communication and quick responses, which is missing in this situation. I hope HobbyTron works on improving their customer service moving forward.

My most recent online order took forever to get to me, and by the time it finally showed up, I didn't even want it anymore. The process to return it was a pain and seemed like they didn't want me to send it back. On top of that, I had to pay for return shipping, which just made me even more annoyed with the whole situation.

Dental services review
Avoid working with that third-party dental company. They're a mess - always dropping the ball, never calling back, and overall just incompetent. I had a nightmare dealing with them. They didn't return my calls, messed up my transportation, and forgot to send important CT scans to the dentist. The only good part was the actual dentist, who was great. Do yourself a favor and skip the middleman, go straight to the dentist.
