Luggage return issue
I just had the worst time trying to return this luggage I got from a third-party website. It was a total mess. I used Paypal to buy it, but I never got an order number or invoice from Travelpro, so I couldn't even start the return process. I tried calling their customer service, but I kept getting disconnected after a few minutes. Luckily, I also bought something from Costco Next, so I was able to ask them for help. But I'm really not looking forward to dealing with Travelpro directly if I have any problems, their customer service is a joke.

I bought something from this exchange and it was terrible! The fees were outrageous and they can just snatch cash from your bank account really quick with some API thing. And then when you try to get your money back, it takes a whole 5 days to withdraw it back to your bank. It's just not worth it, don't waste your time.

Unsatisfactory item and poor customer service
I had a pretty bad experience recently with this company that sells stuff from China. They sent me the wrong thing, and when I tried to get it fixed, the customer service was no help at all. It took two whole weeks of going back and forth with them before they agreed to give me a refund if I sent the item back. They said they'd cover the shipping costs since it was their mistake, but then they changed their minds and refused to pay for the return shipment. So in the end, I spent more money on shipping than I did on the actual product, and I only got a tiny bit of my original payment back. I'm not happy at all about this whole situation, and I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them.
