Pet flea and tick prevention
I bought some flea and tick prevention for my pet from this company, but I was really surprised when they canceled my order because they said they don't ship to Canada. I think it's pretty unacceptable for a pet-focused company to be so clueless. They tried to make up for it by giving me a discount on my next purchase, but I'm still pretty disappointed by how little they seem to know about their own shipping rules.

Booking refund issue
I just wanted to share that I had some trouble with getting my refund from Holiday Lettings after booking accommodation. I've been trying to reach out to them about my refund of £448.50, but haven't heard back yet. It's frustrating that I can't call them directly since there's no contact number available. Their policy says I should've gotten my money back within 24 hours, but it's been 12 days now and still no word on what's going on.

Multiple items from the store
I just recently bought a bunch of stuff from this store, but had some problems with my first order. I tried getting in touch with Customer Service to cancel, but got no reply. Ended up having to send the items back on my dime. Had to get PayPal involved to sort things out. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience.
