Return process issues
I tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times about my return through email and phone, but haven't gotten any response. It's been super frustrating and disappointing dealing with this lack of communication. I'm thinking about taking legal action because the company hasn't been addressing my concerns or helping me with a solution.
