    Payment issue

    I had this annoying situation where the company charged me twice for a payment. I had to call them a bunch of times to get my money back. They said they'd refund me right away, but it's been a few days and I haven't gotten it yet. It's frustrating that they're not following through and keeping me in the loop. It seems like their customer service is suffering because of how big they are, and they're not making my problem a priority.
