Pass purchase issues
I bought a sightseeing pass not too long ago, but man, they really messed up the delivery part. Spent three days going back and forth with them trying to figure it out. They kept saying they couldn't find my info or payment, so I said forget it and bought one from somewhere else. Then I tried to cancel the first payment, and all of a sudden they were like, "Oops, our bad, it was a mistake on our end, we can send it now." So annoying, right? Lack of communication and organization on their part really got on my nerves and caused a lot of unnecessary headaches.

I'm a little bummed that the recipient still hasn't gotten the transfer after a whole business day, but I gotta give credit where it's due - the Easy App transfer with no fees is definitely an upgrade from the last transfer app I used.

Gift order mishap
I had a big order over $170 not too long ago and unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the delivery. Most of my stuff arrived fine, but the most important package went missing. I reached out to customer service on December 18th and they said they'd take care of it, but I still haven't heard anything back about getting a replacement or refund as of January 4th. It's really disappointing that they haven't followed up, especially since they admitted they messed up. On top of that, one of the football shirts I got was the wrong size, and they haven't even acknowledged my request to exchange it for the right one. The customer service I've dealt with in this situation is hands down the worst I've ever seen.

I went to Ulta with my friends and it was a total disaster! First off, I couldn't find anyone to help me because all the employees were either chatting with their friends or busy on their phones. Finally, when I found someone to help me, they got called away because apparently the person they were chatting with on the phone had "customers." Like, seriously? I'm a customer too! It was super annoying and I felt like they just didn't give a dang about helping me. I usually drop a ton of cash in there, but after that whole mess, I'm pretty sure I'm never stepping foot in there again.

Cooling Comforter
I've always had trouble finding a comforter that doesn't make me sweat like crazy and feel like I'm trapped under a ton of bricks. I tried out a bunch of other so-called "summer cooling" options from different companies, but they all let me down and I had to send them back. Then I gave this cooling comforter a shot. Let me tell you, it's a total game-changer. It's super light, and it actually keeps me feeling cool all night long, so I can finally get some quality shut-eye without turning into a human furnace. Plus, it looks really nice on my bed and adds a little something extra to my bedroom decor. All in all, I'm thrilled with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone on the hunt for a legit cooling comforter.
