When I first got the Kaia crewneck cashmere sweater from this place, I was really excited. But when I actually got it, I was surprised to see it was a different style and way too big on me. Bummer. And the one I wanted to exchange it for was sold out, so I was let down. The customer service wasn't the friendliest, but I gotta give props to the great quality of the cashmere itself. So, I decided to give them another shot and ordered a different cashmere sweater. And this time, it was top-notch quality.
