Kaia crewneck cashmere sweater
When I first got the Kaia crewneck cashmere sweater from this place, I was really excited. But when I actually got it, I was surprised to see it was a different style and way too big on me. Bummer. And the one I wanted to exchange it for was sold out, so I was let down. The customer service wasn't the friendliest, but I gotta give props to the great quality of the cashmere itself. So, I decided to give them another shot and ordered a different cashmere sweater. And this time, it was top-notch quality.

You can order online by signing up for an account on their website or you can physically visit their NYC STORE located at 11 Howard Street New York City. As they take extra precaution in handling your order, an additional 3-5 business days may be required for shipping. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with a tracking link. They offer free ground shipping on all US orders. If you don’t like a shipment from NAKEDCASHMERE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to them. These charges are not refunded to you. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14-21 days of receiving your order as long as it is undamaged and unworn. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into the original bag. After they have received your return, please allow 14-21 business days for processing. However, they do not refund gifts or promotional items. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Gift cards are final sale. Gifts with purchase are not eligible for exchange.
