The user interface is easy to use, and the performance has been good so far. I like that they don't charge extra for hosting multiple sites, that's a huge bonus. The customer service has been really helpful, always there whenever I need them.<br><br>However, there are some downsides that are hard to overlook. The login and security features are outdated, no option for requiring SSO or using passkeys or security keys. Having separate shell accounts for each site is a hassle and doesn't seem very secure. It feels like a step backward in terms of security measures.

As a loyal customer who's been with this company for a while now, I gotta say I've not been too happy with the service lately. My time on the NYC tour with Jim Quinn and Joe the driver was amazing. Even though it was pouring rain, they still managed to give us a great overview of the city.
