Three eras ordered, pre-paid, not received
I had a super disappointing experience like a lot of other people on here. I bought THREE items for over $100 back in early December, and I still haven't gotten them. They already took my money since it was pre-paid, but I have nothing to show for it. I've tried reaching out to their customer service through email multiple times, but I haven't heard back at all. I know they operate on a pre-order system, but it's not cool to keep customers in the dark about their orders. If there are going to be delays, they should let us know instead of leaving us hanging. It's annoying to keep having to check in with no response. It's pretty obvious that this company doesn't really care about making customers happy.
