CBD soft gels and two types of lotion
BEWARE!! I ordered three products from Direct CBD Online on August 31, 2022 for over $180. They took my money but never shipped my order. When I check the website it just sys "processing." They won't respond to my emails asking for a refund or for the items to be shipped. I even reported them to the BBB. There are multiple complaints about this company. Used to be good but have gotten worse and worse with mistakes and now not shipping at all.

NOT HAPPY. My order never arrived and despite paying the shipping guarantee, the company has claimed a delay in processing the refund. That was 2 weeks ago and they are now ignoring my emails. $800 in the wind and no idea where to take this as I'm outside the US. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SHOP ELSEWHERE THEY ARE DISHONEST.
Level 3 Select CBD 1200 mg Cooling Mint Sports Cream
A friend was kind enough to loan me his jar of the Level 3 Sports Cream to use for my shoulder and knee pain. I was so impressed with it that I ordered the Level 3 version for myself even though the cost with tax came to more than $70 for a small jar.
When I opened it, I was surprised that it was barely 2/3 full, much lighter in color and not as thick as what was in the jar my friend had loaned me. It makes me wonder if I actually received Level 3. Even though I really like the product, I may not order again unless I can be assured of receiving 3 oz. of it.PlusCBD Extra Strength Softgels
Took far too long to ship then I received the wrong products. It has still not been resolved after two weeks. Their customer service consists of checking their email once every 24 hours (none on weekends). They forget what has previously been discussed and fail to resolve issues. Even with a great discount, this site is not worth it.

Recvd items paid shipping now they went in myacct and took 95.21 but did not get for the other amount this product does not work u know what I cancelled my card they won't get any more money from me..i tried the oil but not capsules never opened won't give address to send back...FRAUD

You scammed me last week and keep sending bullshit emails with worthless tracking numbers that stay in pre shipment status forever. I received an offer for your CBD oil for trial and paid the $4.95 shipping charge. I saw this come up on my Facebook page, but the webside is CBDsavingsDirect.com, which I finally found out after umpteen calls. It was for a 14 day trial periord. I received the product June 22 and tried to cancel it around July 1st. I was told I had an extension. I said I didn't want it and tried to cancel. I kept getting a sales pitch. I called a few times and still got a sales pitch and then told if I didn't want it to send product back with a $9.95 "restock" fee. At first I didn't want to do that and it was to be unopened. It wasn't as I had been using it. In yet another call, I asked for the address to send it back. They wouldn't give it to me and I would have to pay the restock fee with my card. There is no company name on the product or packaging. I was called back by a customer service rep. and finally got it cancelled yet it didn't say anything about charges. This is inexcusable. If I am charged anything on my card, I will submit a fraud claim.
i had the same thing happen to me as the above comment. you got 89.94 out of me and wold not give me the address to send product back either. they are cheats no packing slip cx card only way for them not to get any more money out you. never said real price of product shame on you all..
Agree this is a scam. They got me for over 300 and its crap sent it back and still haven't got a refund .

3000MG JustCBD Gummy rings
This was the worst online ordering experience I've ever had shopping online. The checkout process went smoothly and I even got a discount and the prices were very good too.
So the item shipped and it took a while to get to my city (only a few states over) which is no big deal....... Then it was "Out For Delivery" - I greeted the mail person and got all my mail, and I didn't see the package. They said thats all they had. I then checks for days on updates on my package. Nothing. I emailed support and they said it was delivered (which it was not)... about 5 days pass and still nothing.... so I go ahead and open a case with USPS.
I emailed DirectCBDOnline again and they rudely said they'd ship out another package "In good faith"... which is weird as only their package is having issues getting delivered (I get many packages daily from USPS)
SO the second package goes through the same thing the last one did. But after 3-4 more days of it sitting in my city, I get a note on the door.... it said "Postage Due" - weird.
So we go into the post office and they finally got the package. They said the shipping paid from DirectCBD.com was 1OZ..... so they passed the $20 shipping fee onto me.... mind you I took care of my shipping arrangements at checkout.....
They stopped replying to emails. Needless to say, this company is unprofessional and fraudulent. Lying about shipping cost then springing it onto the customer, and hoping the package gets sent back so they make 100% profit. Its unbelievable. I URGE you to please avoid using this website at all cost. When a price seems too good to be true, it usually is.
Funny side note; I ordered directly from JustCBD's website and it got to my house (with free shipping) before DirectCBDOnline was even able to reply to my email.Cvs Oil & Cvs capsules
Not sure about product, tried it for the first time today, Oil. Little information on the label and no box or other printed information. The Q& A number did answer but I didn’t feel good about the delivery of the person that answered. All the negative feedback on your website is Very Discouraging. I’m worried now that you have my credit card information, I’ll need to watch my
statements closely. :(
Also the rating stars is rigged, the customer can’t give a low star grade but a higher stars grade works. Customer can’t send feedback unless stars rating is complete. “Tricky”I did Not give a five star rating, two star at best for service. Tricky company. Sent me more then I ordered and charged me for sending me more. Shame on you! I’m a disabled veteran!!!! Shame!!!!

I recently ordered a a product as a new customer from DirectCBD's website as they do have some of the best prices for a wide range of brands on the market. Ordering was easy enough and they have a great rewards program. The package itself came quickly. If the order was correct this review would be 5 stars across the board.
However, when I received the product, as a new customer I am feeling pretty duped as a lower price and lower content product arrived in its placed.
I had ordered High Potency CBD Tincture Oil 60ml at 3000mg. What they sent me was Lazarus Naturals Standard Potency CBD Tincture Oil 120ml at 1800mg. This was a product that cost about 66% of the product I had ordered and only 60% of the CBD content.
Not a good impression on a first time customer looking for a reliable and consistent business to deliver CBD under a recommendation by a neurologist to add to his treatment.
I will update this if I am contacted by and the issue is resolved the business. If not one can assume I had to initiate a charge back through my financial institution for resolution.
As of now, I would stay away from this retailer.Direct CBD replaced my product with the correct one. It took several messages and threatening to do a charge back with customer support to actually get them to ship the product after being promised multiple times that the item will ship the next day.

They seem to be accommodating if I want to send unopened product back. But nervous that I won’t get my money back after I send product back. Reason no one calls you back. When I did receive email, they referred to me as hey and not by my name. Very unprofessional. I’ve purchased this product before through Sera Relief company and I thought that’s were this was coming from. My fault. I’ve taken this product before for a few months and the product they sent was not the same stuff. It kinda is working but I was taking once a day now I’m taking 3 times a day. It taste nothing like before, or looks like what I had, and when I’ve asked about it no one says anything about it. It’s like I never asked. Don’t waste your money. Sera relief products are awesome if you purchase through that company. I think the product is diluted with another oil. You should taste the cbd oils. This has no taste at all. Very weird. I’m keeping the product but know better now. Buy from sera relief or your local dispensary.

!3 days after ordering with this company, order has not arrived, emailed them to find out what happened to my order, they REQUIRE their customers to file a USPS claim before they will do anything. They shipped the product, have all the receipts and information and they require the customer to file a USPS claim. This is unreasonable, and a terrible practice. I still don't have my order, nor did I get refunded for it.

I placed an order over a week ago and it's still says it's processing and customer service won't respond. I have contacted customer service twice now. No response, I won't order from this site again. They provide no phone number to call them direct. Way too easy for them to steal consumers money, and from the reviews, that's exactly what they've been doing.
60ml CBD Tincture
What started out as a great first experience with this company has quickly unraveled. I placed my order selected 3-5 day shipping and waited. After 6 days and zero communication from the company I emailed them asking about the status of my order. They responded at 12am on the 4th of March. They stated the item was in back order and would come in that day. They said they would ship it out “ASAP” and refund my shipping cost. So that sounded okay I guess. Had I known it was out of stock and back ordered I would have never ordered. Anyway, they didn’t end up shipping my order until the end of the business day in the 5th. My order won’t arrive until the 9th..... hopefully. A full 2 weeks after placing the original order.
At some point I believe the company should acknowledge this terrible mistake and make it right. Just refunding my shipping doesn’t do me any good when I must have my CBD. I’ve had to go out and buy some CBD locally and a much higher mark up.

After putting reviews n requesting receipts for refund to have for proof, the refund appeared back on my card. Now i have problems with the reward program n placing the order for the cbd deep rub ointment packets n them replying back to me after requesting help. One day i can have numerous replies, the next day not a single one. The rewards said $1 for 10 points. I had 3151 points. When tryn to place the order, it kicked up $25 off of a order $50 or more verses $1 for every 10 points n said i only had 651 points n gave me a code number. I stopped there immediately. Sent email for help since it wasnt as things said it would be. Emailed them n still am awaiting a reply n cannot make my purchase until this is straightened out.

I actually love these ppl though i have had problems. They sell good products tht helps me n i bark on here when i send emails n cnt get answers to things. This is like a go to place when trying to get someone to help me and emailing them isnt working.
