2 boxes of muscle and joint ointment
This business is not the same business it use to be. The ppl running it, is ruining there business n running scams on ppl. I purchased 2 boxes of ointment. Was told it was being sent with an additional replacement order to total 4 boxes in all. Given two separate tracking numbers, 9400111202555641142094 and 9400111202555895376269 and still i cnt even get one of the orders here n im lying in excruciating pain waiting for it n then get some ahole telling me to go kick rocks n lying saying i didnt give him the order number when i not only gave him the order number #341428, but both tracking numbers as well. This comes after them not helping me with discount specials theybuse to run also. I will no longer recommend anyone to this company, (as it appears there in the scamming ppl business now n i will make a formal complaint to the better business bureau too).

After putting reviews n requesting receipts for refund to have for proof, the refund appeared back on my card. Now i have problems with the reward program n placing the order for the cbd deep rub ointment packets n them replying back to me after requesting help. One day i can have numerous replies, the next day not a single one. The rewards said $1 for 10 points. I had 3151 points. When tryn to place the order, it kicked up $25 off of a order $50 or more verses $1 for every 10 points n said i only had 651 points n gave me a code number. I stopped there immediately. Sent email for help since it wasnt as things said it would be. Emailed them n still am awaiting a reply n cannot make my purchase until this is straightened out.
Hi, I believe someone has cleared this up for you today. They manually went and awarded you the coupon code. Let us know if you did not receive it. Thanks for your business.

I actually love these ppl though i have had problems. They sell good products tht helps me n i bark on here when i send emails n cnt get answers to things. This is like a go to place when trying to get someone to help me and emailing them isnt working.

They took care of the problem. The second tracking number was a replacement order for not gettn the first one right. Then they both arrived today. Then one of the boxes they sent me, didnt have the ointment in it, and instead had a muscle n joint spray in the muscle and joint relief ointment box. Then i sent em a email barking abt tht, (as im 200% female dog when in pain if ya catch my meaning n i had been waiting for it to get here). So...then after i ruff ruff ruffed some more at them, I TRIED THE SPRAY ON MY HARD TO REACH PLACE ON MY BACK....
TURNS OUT, THE SPRAY WAS FANTASTIC FOR MY BACK EVEN THOUGH A WEAKER CONTENT OF CAMPHOR N MENTHOL THEN THE OINTMENT. *Tht shut my barking mouth up like lickity split n whippity jack n now im not in excruciating pain*
I am not a good patient when in pain. They actually did me a big favor by puttn the wrong product in the box. It gave me a way to reach painful places in my back with a spray. I could give em a big squeezy hug for tht too. I got sliding discs tht slides n bulges n hits nerves n degenative disc disease n arthritus mixed with them sliding discs too after totaling a motorcycle n well, i pissed a dr off for patting me down n doin a drug search on me as his new patient after my dr left, and then they piss tested me twice after tht in the same visit too n i made noise complaining n they retaliated by running shade with a mri n blacklisting me with my pain medicine n i got nearly 30 health problems n can barely walk on some days for all the pain im in, but God bless directcbdonline for there products n anyone who can withstand my barking (aka bitching); and then make things right as directcbdonline did, then i say ur alright n were good n i will be ordering more. With tht said, big shout n thanks to directcbdonline for fixing a problem, compensating me for the bad tht was made with a replacement order n even showing me a way to get tht pain medicine on tht middle n upper back tht i culdnt reach for pain in shoulders after wrecking a motorcycle n one shoulder tht was operated on. Im out of pain. My love wlk is alive again with the folks there. Everything tht culd go wrong, has went wrong, but THANKS BE TO GOD FOR WHEN ITS GOOD N THIS WAS SOME GOOD STUFF MADE RIGHT. WE WADED THRU THE MUDD N IT GOT WORKED OUT FOR THE GOOD THOUGH PAINFUL WHILE WAITING N SUFFERING, BUT THANK U FATHER GOD N JESUS FOR THESE PPL MAKING THINGS GOOD N RIGHT.
