    I had a problem with an online order where I just needed to make a simple change to an item. When I called customer service, the person on the phone not only didn't make the change like I asked, but also ended up placing a duplicate order. So now I got charged twice and have one of my credit cards on hold for a third order. And on top of that, they told me I won't get a refund until I send back the extra stuff. It's such a hassle!

    Emergency survival kit purchase

    I recently splurged on an emergency survival kit that set me back over $1,000. However, my whole ordeal dealing with the company has been far from satisfactory. The tracking number they gave me only accounted for one package, yet I ended up getting a whopping 4 packages delivered separately, which just brought on more confusion and missing items. To make matters worse, one of the tubs filled with survival meals was straight up missing, and the two tubs we did manage to get were caked in powdered food, so we had to roll up our sleeves and clean them thoroughly. Just to top it all off, the customer service has been a total nightmare to reach out to, with never-ending hold times and unsuccessful attempts at getting a returned call. It's such a letdown, especially considering how crucial these products are supposed to be.

    I just bought some speakers from this company and ran into a problem with one of the tweeters not working right. I contacted customer service through email and sent them a recording of the issue. Bradley got back to me quickly and asked for more info to help with the warranty claim. Once I gave all the details, Bradley passed it on to the warranty department, who arranged to send me a replacement tweeter. It all happened in just one day, which was really impressive and fast. The customer service from this company went above and beyond what I expected.

    Hat and shirt for girlfriend

    I just bought my girlfriend a hat and a shirt from this store that she absolutely loves. I was happy to see that they have a lot of cool and unique stuff in their collection, which made it pretty easy for me to pick out something she'd be into. And the prices at Touche Prive are really good, especially for the high quality you get. I've never been let down by their products. Plus, the shipping was quick and on point, so the stuff got to us right on time.

    iFly - 2 flights for 2 people

    I bought 3 experiences in November 2022. I tried to book through their platform and when I submitted my request the confirmation email said I needed to wait to receive a confirmation from iFly before my booking was confirmed. I never received confirmation and when I called iFly they never got a booing request in the first place. So I reached out to customer service and the experience has been TERRIBLE. It took me multiple emails to get someone to respond. All I wanted was for them to reschedule the booking since I couldn't do it through their platform. It has been TWO MONTHS of emailing with them and all they say is they can't refund me and they'll call iFly to reschedule. But they never do. They refuse to actually make the booking or refund me. It's ridiculous and I hope no one books with them again. Customer service is abhorrent.

    BEWARE!! I ordered three products from Direct CBD Online on August 31, 2022 for over $180. They took my money but never shipped my order. When I check the website it just sys "processing." They won't respond to my emails asking for a refund or for the items to be shipped. I even reported them to the BBB. There are multiple complaints about this company. Used to be good but have gotten worse and worse with mistakes and now not shipping at all.

    I ordered 2 dresses using the afterpay option. I got a shipping notification but so no change in tracking for several days. I contacted support and the lack of follow-up on their part was disgusting. No offers to try to make it right. I cannot submit a claim to UPS because I am not the shipper. They have offered no refunds and have given no insight into what their process is for resolving the situation. UPS is investigating what happened to package so now I am out the $ since I can't file the claim with UPS. I work in logistics. The fact that they are not following up is truly staggering and some seriously bullshit laziness on their part. I emailed UPS about package and that's the only reason they even started investigating.
    I was told that coedition never contacted them about the whereabouts of the package. I received emails from someone named Bianca with no headers or contact info beyond the email like it was some bootleg operation. A super shitty experience. Never again.

    Debbie Auer, you can dispute the charge with your credit card company. They will investigate, based on information you provide. During investigation the will CHARGE BACK your credit card the amount paid. You can do this for Debit and credit cards.

    I feel so sorry for businesses that have to deal with this type of feedback from miserable Karens! You expect immediate resolutions when somethings actually take a little time to resolve it’s unfortunate but that’s the nature of drop shipping if you don’t like it then go to the store or better yet buy only from Amazon prime and let them deal with your Karen-ness. Try volunteering for a nonprofit or a charity - Your attitude needs an adjustment!

    Teresa, totally agree! I had a dress in my cart and I’m abandoning it. That troll ruined the sale. I’m also convinced that they are associated with the company somehow.

    I could not belive how fast this was shipped very impressed, I have ordered mast months ago and still have not got them however i got this order in 7 days very excited, thank you!

    Its been 7 days for me and its still in pre-shippment. ????

    Ordered masks July 24,25. Still waiting, and payment is still pending.

    Takes long to receive them and masks are very small for the face. Nose part is too pointy, not like pictured.

    WARNING: This company is absolutely deplorable. SIX weeks ago, I ordered some masks as Christmas presents. They never arrived and I contacted customer service numerous times about this. They offered no help or empathy whatsoever, and eventually stopped responding to me altogether. I finally had to go to my bank to dispute the charges in order to get a refund. Absolutely despicable behaviour from a company whose customer service reps sign off 'From a culture of kindness.'
