Worth every penny

Pink skater dress and biker short/tank top pajamas
Customer service is just not up to par. Even though the website clearly said shipping would be slow, my stuff took even longer than I thought. But when my order finally arrived, I was actually pretty happy with the pink skater dress and the biker short/tank top pajamas. Seems like my expectations for shopping in person and online are always met, but not in the greatest way. The products themselves were awesome, but the whole ordering and delivery process could use some work.

Camping lantern purchase
I just got a new camping lantern from this store and I love it! The best part is that it has different light settings and a hook, so I can easily hang it up in my tent. Last minute cancellations and unhelpful customer service
My experience with this company totally sucked. I had two people cancel on me within a day, which was a huge pain. Then when I tried booking a smaller house by transferring my deposit, they were really rude about it and said I'd lose my deposit. That lack of flexibility and understanding really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Blackout sleep mask purchase
I gotta say, the customer service at this company was top-notch. They didn't waste any time getting back to me about my order. And let me tell you, the stuff I got was totally worth the price. That blackout sleep mask? That thing blew me away, it's hands-down the best one I've ever had. The design is just genius, especially those cups that keep any pressure off your eyes. I swear sometimes I forget I even have it on because it's just that comfy, and it gives me total darkness for a great night's sleep.

Flutter card and bracelet
I ordered a flutter card and bracelet for my mom on May 4th 2021, I still haven't revived it and today is the 23rd of May. The entire time I was unable to track the package, and I let them know this. I contacted them a couple days ago and they finally told me the package may have been lost. They offered to resend the card or give me a promo for another card of the same. But it being so far past mother’s day it would have been silly to ask for another card. I asked for my money back. Since then I have not received any message back and all attempts to communicate with them via Facebook and email and their online chat have been fruitless. I do not have any intentions on letting this go.
