I bought something online not too long ago, and man, let me tell ya, it was a major letdown. The stuff I got was way off in size, and the quality was seriously lacking. Talking to the company was a mess, and I couldn't even get my money back for the stuff that didn't fit right. I'd say it's best to steer clear of this company and not fall for their hype.

Pain relief patches
These pain relief patches have seriously been a game-changer for me. I've had my fair share of shoulder dislocations, a removed L5 disc, a recent broken left elbow, and to top it all off, fibromyalgia. These patches have really made a difference in helping me deal with the pain and have even helped improve some of my health issues. It's been a huge relief and I'm so thankful for them, especially since I don't have a lot of money to spare.

I really like the cool and trendy clothes they have on this website. Even though it takes longer to get my order because it's coming from another country, the stuff is really good quality and doesn't cost much. But, just a heads up, the sizes are a bit smaller than what we're used to here in the US, so you gotta check the measurements they give you instead of just guessing your regular size. I've added some of my top outfits from this store to my closet and I love them.

I just bought this digital book, but when I tried to open it, the file was all messed up and I couldn't read it. It was super annoying, you know? So I got in touch with customer service for some help. Luckily, the person who sold me the book helped me contact customer service and they sorted it all out by giving me a refund. Even though the book was a flop at first, I was really impressed with how customer service dealt with everything. They were great at keeping in touch and made sure I got my money back quickly.

This is ridiculous! I bought the hip therapy pain reliever belt and it broke after just one use. I reached out to customer service and they actually made me pay for shipping to send it back. It's a complete joke! The product is awful and the warranty is even worse. I'm definitely never buying from this place again.

I had a bad experience with a scam on Etsy before, and it really made me upset and made me not want to use the site again. I had just started selling my handmade jewelry when scammers took advantage of me being new to the whole thing. I tried to get help from Etsy and asked them to look into the accounts involved in the scam to stop it from happening again. But all they did was send me two automated responses that didn't really help at all or show that they were doing anything about it. Because of that, I decided to delete all my listings and not sell on Etsy anymore. I just want to warn other people to watch out for scammers on there.

Set of wood/putter covers
I bought some wood/putter covers from your store not too long ago. Sadly, my order got lost in the mail and it took almost two months and a bunch of emails before I finally heard back. Let me tell you, the customer service I got was really lousy because the people I spoke to didn't seem to care about my problem at all. This whole situation has left me feeling pretty annoyed and let down. I'm just bummed out by the lack of concern and care for loyal customers like me.

Stylish, quality fabric
I really liked the cool and different styles this brand had. The fabrics they used were top-notch and I liked how they paid attention to all the little details in their designs. But, my only complaint is that I couldn't give feedback on specific products on their website. I noticed some of the sizes didn't match up with the size chart, which was annoying. But overall, I had a good time shopping and getting my stuff shipped to NYC super quickly was a nice surprise.
