Small order experience
I just ordered a small amount of stuff and man, I totally regret it. They really don't care about small-time buyers like me at all! No support for beginners, no replies to basic emails. And forget about asking questions about products or shipping - they can't stand it! All they care about is getting your money and making you deal with whatever crap they send your way.

My experience with Total Wine was so disappointing, you wouldn't believe it. The whole thing started when I tried to place an order on their website, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. When I got to the Coral Springs store, most of the staff there were no help at all. There were only two people who actually seemed like they knew what they were doing. When I finally got to talk to one of them, who was really nice and professional, things started to get even worse. They told me that my order had been sent to a different store without me even knowing, which left me feeling confused and frustrated. In the end, I just asked them to cancel my order. I was so disappointed by the lack of communication and organization at the company. It was just a huge letdown.
