Two X-Large beds
I just bought two X-Large beds from this company, and I gotta say, I'm really not happy with the quality. After just a month of using them, the white cover inside started ripping and the black fur was shedding and falling apart. I followed all the washing instructions, but the beds still fell apart pretty quickly. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it was terrible. It took them forever to respond to my messages, and when they finally did, they were rude and not helpful at all. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company.

White sneakers, size issue
The white sneakers I ordered were gorgeous and so comfortable, but dang, they ended up being a tad small on me - even though I usually wear a 40. However, the awesome folks at Urban Kissed came through and quickly sent me a new pair that fit just right. I'm so excited to rock these with all my outfits once winter bids adieu!

Recent customer service experience
My recent customer service experience was a total letdown. I needed help, so I contacted customer service, but all I got was unhelpful and unprofessional responses. The people I talked to didn't seem to know much about how to fix my problem, and didn't really have the power to do much about it anyway. Instead, they just gave me some generic advice that might not even work. It was pretty obvious that the customer service was outsourced and the agents were just reading off a script, which made me even more frustrated. In the end, I was pretty disappointed and didn't get any solutions to my problems.

The drink powders from this company are amazing. I've tried a bunch of other brands before, but none of them can beat the quality and results I get from these products. Even though I got a bit lost in some of the technical jargon at first, I liked how detailed everything was.

Faulty lunch box
I ordered this really nice bento box from an online shop, but man, it turned out to be a real dud. I used it for just three days and it wouldn't even close right. Like, what's the point of a lunchbox that can't even do that basic job, you know? So, I sent it back with a note about the problem, but the seller totally shut me down. They said it was used and wouldn't give me a refund or anything. Thankfully, the shop where I bought it stepped up and gave me my money back, but still, for the amount I paid, it was pretty lame.

I recently bought a raincoat from this company, and I have to say I am really impressed with the quality and design. KN95 masks (three 10-packs)
Avoid. I bought on a recommendation, and frankly would think the company is a scam if it weren't for the recommendation. I submitted a quick order based on guaranteed in-stock and same-day shipping. Order has been stuck "pending" per postal service (meaning they are waiting to receive the physical product) since Aug. 11. No phone number available to call the company, email only customer service. Got a quick reply with an excuse that the postal service has the product but hadn't had time to process it. Status has never changed per the postal service, so they haven't received my order. I requested to cancel my order for a refund because I need masks for work. Sadly, crickets. I do, however, continue to receive emails and texts suggesting I buy more from them. Next step is to report them to my credit card company.
Exact same situation. I have been waiting 2 weeks. I reached out to the company via Facebook about my situation and they removed the comment and blocked me from commenting again ! And I was being NICE !!

One month plan
I see the negative responses about the company while reading the reviews and i have to say,( I don't get it?) I would give cleveguard 5 stars if the record phone calls option worked ( which it didn't.) But other than that everything else it says it will do it does. I havereached out to staff when problems occurred with the software and always got a response back from them so customer service gets a 5 from me and cleveguard a 4 that's my honest review .

Call recording does not work. I only see that there are conversations on messenger but not the messages. I have followed instructions instructions to a t and I've checked repeatedly, and it still doesn't work. You can't speak to a person and the wait time for help is absurd.

Vibrosculpt massager
This company claimed to have shipped my purchase out, I called the delivery company they went through and they said they never received the physical package from vibrosculpt. No customer service from this merchant either. Very dissatisfied and will be filing a scam report against them.
I ordered vibrosculpt package on February 22nd, DHL e-commerce tracking showed my vibrosculpt package was in transit until the 26th. Since then it has not moved, and USPS also doesn't show whether or not it has my package. I am bitter that I fell for that scam and I lost my money. Never again will I trust nor give my money to those scam website. Devastated but lesson learned!

I did not get mine delivered as thought so emailed them and they said to check with post office. Thr link said DHL had it. Sure enough, there was a note in my mailbox that post office had it. I tried it tonight and found I didn't get the orange and blue pads. There is no way to view your receipt on their site either. They do respond though.
I'm going to give it a try. You can't hold the company responsible for the Shipping company. Most have been off their game since before Christmas. Most start off with the main company and then switch over to USPS when it gets to your area. Just keep an eye on your tracking. I'm most cases on the originating shipper's tracking site, they may have an area showing "sure post" with a long tracking number starting with 9. That's how you know it will eventually be with your Area's main Post office and that's the USPS tracking#.

I got an email letting me know that it was gonna take longer than expected, but it finally arrived. Then I ordered the pads and the package appeared as delivered, but it never was. I contacted them for a refund, and they explained that in those cases they could send me a new one, and they did. I love it! They're NOT a scam, there's just a lot of toxic people that like to be a pain in the b***! LOL
The company is not a scammer. I got mine shortly after ordering, and the product looks good.

I ordered around the same time. The worst part is when you finish paying they offer you cheaper deals for the SAME PRODUCT. Never received the ones I did order. It is fishy that there is no phone number.
