Refund delay
I've been waiting forever for my refund from this company since 2020. It's been so long that the card I initially used to make the purchase is no good anymore, and I'm just stuck waiting for them to send me back my money. I even talked to one of their reps who confirmed the amount they owe me and the date they filed it, which was on 3/19/20. I gave them all the stuff they needed, but I'm still waiting on my refund.

That new policy is so ridiculous! I used to enjoy shopping at this place, but now it's just unbearable. Having to decide which items to use my credits on is a total nightmare. Why couldn't they just take them off my total like they always did before? It really messes up the whole shopping experience and makes me not even want to come here anymore. I just want to use my credits and be done with this account.
