    Inaccurate business data

    I've been a business owner for the past 10 years, and I've had a really frustrating experience with the data from this company. Even though I clearly told them I started my business in another state 10 years ago, they keep saying it's only been 5 years. This could lead people to get the wrong idea about my business. When I told a supervisor about this, they basically brushed me off and said it was up to me to give them the right info. That's not cool, especially since they're making money off of info that isn't correct. It's not right that they're sharing information about my business without my say-so and not bothering to fix it, even when they have the right details. My whole experience with them has been a headache, so I'd recommend being cautious about trusting the data they provide.

    I really love this webinar platform! It's so cool because I can join meetings and classes right from my bed.     Sweatshirt with misspelled label

    I bought a sweatshirt from this website not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was totally let down by what I got. The sweatshirt showed up with a label that had a misspelling, and that was a major bummer for me. I tried reaching out to customer service to see about getting a refund or exchanging it, but they weren't very helpful at all. The clothes on the website seemed like they would be good quality, but the one I got was nowhere near what I was hoping for. All in all, I was pretty unhappy with the whole experience.

    Kole Imports has been my favorite supplier for wholesale stuff for a good amount of time now. Their customer service is amazing, they always have great deals, and their shipping is never late. I know I can always rely on them to have what I want in stock and ready to ship out fast. Emanuel has been especially awesome in helping me whenever I've had any questions or needed help.

    So, I had this house with a private pool all lined up for months through this place, but then they went and canceled on us and only had some lousy options to offer. Had to scramble to find a new place on our own. And get this - we're home owners, so we get a 20% discount, but they wouldn't budge on giving us any extra discount for the hassle of the cancellation. Not cool, man.

    Progressive lens with Transitions and single vision computer glasses

    I just bought myself some progressive lens glasses with Transitions, along with a pair of single-vision computer glasses from this eyewear shop. I was so excited to be able to personalize both pairs to my liking, and they came out just right. The lens quality is top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with my buy. Plus, the prices were much better after the discounts compared to other places I've shopped at before. All in all, I'm super pleased with my new glasses and the awesome service I got.

    Bag exchange easy

    I traded in my big suitcase for a smaller one and it was really easy! I asked for a lower price since the new bag was cheaper, and it took a little while for them to respond. But they finally emailed me to let me know they refunded me the extra money. It would have been nice to talk to someone on the phone, but the email response worked just fine for me!

    Unauthorized auto shipments

    I am shocked by how this company lacks transparency and accountability. It's not okay to keep sending products to someone without asking. And they were charging a card meant only for medication! The people getting these surprises had no clue what was happening. How can a company act like this and still think they're trustworthy? And on top of that, always changing products and prices just makes things more confusing and annoying for customers. It's like a big mess that should never have been allowed in the first place.

    Great service and top professionalism

    I went to the store the other day and man, let me tell you, the service I got was top-notch! There was this super friendly lady working there who really went above and beyond to help me out. She was so professional and made sure I felt right at home. She even offered me coffee and water while I was checking out some clothes. And get this – she went out of her way to order me two t-shirts that were out of stock in my size. I didn't have to pay anything extra and they arrived in the mail shortly after. Overall, it was a great experience and you can bet I'll be coming back to this store in the future.
