Last-minute purchase
I was almost out of vaping supplies, so I decided to make a quick online purchase. I ordered on a Thursday night, and to my surprise, my package arrived quickly. The shipping was really fast, and I was happy to have my order before the weekend. ProVape really came through for me! Everything was smooth and easy, and I'm thankful for how efficient they were.

Eyeglasses purchase
I went to this eyeglasses store as a customer, and man, let me tell you, it was super disappointing. I tried to buy glasses there, but I faced so many problems that it just ruined the whole thing for me. First off, the store hours were all over the place. There were times when I showed up and the doors were closed. It was so frustrating not knowing when they would be open. On top of that, the staff, even the manager, didn't seem to care at all about what I needed. They were no help at all and it made me even more irritated. I tried reaching out to the main office about these issues, but I haven't heard back at all. My whole experience there was just awful, and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else to go there.

Barstools purchase through online retailer
I bought these barstools online from a well-known retailer and man, were they a mess! When they arrived, the feet had nails sticking out of them that scratched up our new hardwood floors. It was a total headache and major bummer because we had to shell out a bunch of money to fix our floors. I tried contacting customer service but it took forever for them to get back to me and when they did, they didn't even offer to help out with the mess they caused.
