    Disappointing experience

    Our stay was terrible. We had problems every day since we got here. Nothing was getting fixed right, and it was more stressful than our regular life. We talked to the hotel manager, who said he'd help after we emailed him. But it's been a week and we haven't heard anything. Not cool. We feel like we wasted our money and time on this trip.

    Resort stay

    The resort was a nice place to stay, but I was pretty disappointed with a few things. The biggest problem was that most of the staff didn't speak English, which made it tough to get around and ask questions. The service was not great, with some staff being a little rude once they realized my husband and I couldn't speak Spanish. The food was also a letdown - it was served cold and didn't have much flavor. And the rooms were pretty old and could definitely use a makeover.

    Family vacation

    Oh my goodness, our family trip to Jamaica was kind of a bummer. The hotel room was supposed to be fancy but it was pretty basic, and the balcony was so small. The bed was big but really hard, not comfy at all. The bathroom was ugly, zero effort with decorations. We didn't even know when the restaurants or pools were open, so frustrating. And the gift shop was crazy expensive. The elevators kept breaking down, so we had to use the stairs. At first, the staff was friendly, giving us welcome drinks and all. But then they were pushing us to buy a $30,000 Club membership! We kept saying no, but they wouldn't give up. It was such a drag. The bright spot was the buffet restaurant - the food was delicious and they had tons of choices. The pool was nice too, with a swim-up bar.

    Inclusive holiday experience

    I recently booked a vacation package at a resort that was supposed to include everything. However, when I got there, I found out that the spa wasn't part of the deal. The staff told me I had to pay extra to use the spa, even though it wasn't mentioned when I booked. I think that things like the pool and sauna should be included in a full package, especially at a fancy resort like this. The fact that they didn't mention the extra cost, along with how rude the reception staff was when I complained, really bothered me. It just wasn't a great experience.

    Reservation issue

    I recently had a problem with a reservation and needed to change my dates. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a refund for the money I paid for the reservation. I tried reaching out to the hotel a few times, but didn't get much help from the reception staff, especially Leslie Barbieri. It's been frustrating not being able to resolve this issue, and now I'm out $1200.00.

    Classy hotel stay in a traditional Spanish building

    I had such a great time during my last stay at the hotel. It's got a real classy vibe with that traditional Spanish charm. The rooms were really clean and big, and they had top-notch amenities. The food was fantastic and the staff really made the extra effort to make sure I was comfortable. The view overlooking the ocean was gorgeous and really added to the whole experience. This was my seventh time staying there, and I was happy to see it was still as well-kept as ever. I definitely suggest it to anyone who wants a fancy and chill escape.

    Hotel stay review

    During our time at the hotel in Mallorca from May 2nd to May 7th, we were really impressed with the amazing service we received. When we arrived at the front desk, we were greeted with cold drinks, chocolates, and a cool towel to help us feel refreshed after our travels. This warm welcome set a great tone for our entire stay. The rooms were spotless and well-kept, giving us a cozy and welcoming space to unwind. The staff were always kind and helpful, ready to assist with a smile. It was clear they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time with no stress. This was our first time staying at this hotel chain, and because of our fantastic experience, we will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you for making our stay so special.

    Stay at a resort in Riviera Maya

    I just got back from this resort in Riviera Maya and, gotta say, it was a mix of good and bad. The place is in a stunning spot, got a killer beach, and the staff were super nice. The pools were kept nice and clean, perfect for just chillin'. But man, I ran into some problems that really soured my whole stay.

    First-time stay at a tourist hotel in Port El Kantaoui, Tunisia

    My time at the hotel was pretty nice. When I first got there, my room had a few problems, but Layla from housekeeping fixed them right up, which I was grateful for. The hotel was always clean and the staff took good care of it. The food was good and there was a nice variety. I really liked watching the chefs cook and serve at the food stations. Having wifi everywhere was super handy. The front desk folks were great - they spoke different languages and were really helpful. I was happy to see they had pork, sausages, and pate for European guests.

    Beachfront location, friendly staff, great entertainment

    The beach was just a few steps away from the back of the hotel, which was super convenient for us to relax in the sun and enjoy the sand and waves. The staff there were all really nice and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The entertainment was awesome, with belly dancing, a magician, and even a fun game where my kids won two days in a row! Huge props to Fifi and the Entertainment crew for keeping us entertained. Our rooms were cleaned every day, and they always restocked our water, tea bags, and toiletries. The security at the entrance was really tight, so we felt safe and secure. We're already counting down the days until we can come back in December 2024 for another amazing trip to Tunisia.

    Family vacation stay

    My family just had the best time at this resort where the staff really went above and beyond to treat us like royalty. Everyone had a blast, especially the kids who were all about the fun stuff at the Star Club. The staff was so caring and made sure the kiddos were happy and safe, which really made our trip extra special.
