Family vacation
Oh my goodness, our family trip to Jamaica was kind of a bummer. The hotel room was supposed to be fancy but it was pretty basic, and the balcony was so small. The bed was big but really hard, not comfy at all. The bathroom was ugly, zero effort with decorations. We didn't even know when the restaurants or pools were open, so frustrating. And the gift shop was crazy expensive. The elevators kept breaking down, so we had to use the stairs. At first, the staff was friendly, giving us welcome drinks and all. But then they were pushing us to buy a $30,000 Club membership! We kept saying no, but they wouldn't give up. It was such a drag. The bright spot was the buffet restaurant - the food was delicious and they had tons of choices. The pool was nice too, with a swim-up bar.

Membership renewal issue
I ran into an issue with my membership not renewing properly and I never received an email confirming the renewal. On top of that, it was really frustrating that there weren't any instructions provided for first-time users. I had to step in and help out older folks trying to navigate the system.

Closet design and installation
The designer at this place did an amazing job! They listened to what I wanted and the final layouts turned out perfect. I really appreciated that they sent me pictures of the designs before they were installed so I could see how it would look. The closet organizers fit perfectly and having that extra drawer space for my grandkids is a total game-changer. Thanks so much for doing such a great job!
