Favorite hard water shampoo
I was so excited to stumble upon this amazing find when I finally tracked down my go-to hard water mineral shampoo at Planet Beauty. I had been on the hunt all over for Biolage Normalizing Reset, but was striking out with Amazon, Walmart, and Ulta Beauty. Where I live, the water is super hard with a ton of minerals, so this shampoo is a must to keep my blonde locks from turning orangey. I was absolutely pumped when I found it here. The online ordering was super easy, and I even got a sweet discount for signing up with my email. The only bummer was that the shipping cost was a little high, but the discount definitely helped soften the blow. Overall, I can't wait for my order to arrive so I can get my favorite shampoo back in my hair routine.

This company is a total scam! I bought something from their online store only to get a message later saying they didn't even have it in stock and wanted me to cancel the order on my own. Super shady if you ask me! Definitely avoid this company at all costs.

Quick fix software
This software is a total scam and rip-off, do not waste your money on it. I thought it would help clean up my computer and speed it up, but it actually made it worse. After using it, my computer was even slower. I couldn't get any help from customer service when I tried reaching out. The price is way too high for such a bad product. It was a horrible experience and I wish I never bought this software.

I ordered a bunch of clothes and had to return them. It's been four weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back! Can you believe it? Natural latex mattress purchase
I recently bought this natural latex mattress, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down. The company advertised it as having an "organic cotton cover," but it turns out that it's actually half polyester. And to make matters worse, the cover reeks of febreeze, which definitely isn't what I was looking for. It's seriously annoying when a company talks about how great their natural materials are for not giving off any nasty smells, only to stick a bunch of toxic polyester around the latex.
I tried reaching out to them about it, but they acted like I was crazy and denied any wrongdoing. Even the tags on the cover straight up lie, saying it's "100% cotton" when it's not. That's just plain dishonest, in my book.
