First-time stay at a tourist hotel in Port El Kantaoui, Tunisia
My time at the hotel was pretty nice. When I first got there, my room had a few problems, but Layla from housekeeping fixed them right up, which I was grateful for. The hotel was always clean and the staff took good care of it. The food was good and there was a nice variety. I really liked watching the chefs cook and serve at the food stations. Having wifi everywhere was super handy. The front desk folks were great - they spoke different languages and were really helpful. I was happy to see they had pork, sausages, and pate for European guests.

She just told me to go to a store to deal with it. The lack of concern for customers was pretty clear and it was really disappointing. Laurene, maybe you should think about a different job if you can't handle working in customer service with the right skills and empathy.

I bought a textbook for 120 bucks just before my exams, but after a software update, I couldn't even get into it.
