Flight booking experience
I just booked a flight from Venice to Boston online and it was a breeze. Found a great deal on the dates and times I wanted without any hassle. I was so happy with the whole experience that I told my sister about it, and she used it for her last-minute flight from Venice to San Francisco. The website was user-friendly and super quick, which made booking stress-free and easy. Crossing my fingers that this awesome experience continues next time I use it.

Group vacation with shared double beds
My recent experience with this travel company was really disappointing. I booked a group vacation for 10 people, asking for double beds because I was rooming with another lady. But when we got there, we were given a room with a king bed and a pullout sofa. It was totally not okay considering how much we paid. Plus, the resort was supposed to be child-free, but there were so many kids there that it was hard to relax. When I told the company about these issues, they only offered a $100 credit as an apology. I was not happy at all with the service and place we stayed at.

I just dropped $75 on an online order and was supposed to get it in 3-5 days. But 7 days later, no update, no email, nada. So I hit up customer service. The live chat person said my order was still processing and couldn't give me a time frame because it's crazy busy right now. I was so annoyed with the lack of info and how long it was taking, I asked for my money back. It's frustrating when a company says they'll deliver by a certain time and then doesn't come through.

I bought an anklet and choker from this place, and they are just beautiful! The quality is amazing and the designs are unique. I got a ton of compliments when I wore them out. Ordering was super easy, and the customer service was great. The prices were fair for the high quality. The delivery was fast, and my items arrived in perfect condition. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely shop at Pachulah again.

My save the date cards
I ordered my save the date cards from this website, and they were pretty disappointing. The picture was faded and looked like it came from an ancient printer or something. They only refunded part of my money when all I wanted was high-quality cards. Eventually, I went with a different company, Minted, and the proof they sent me looked so much better. The colors were vibrant, unlike the ones from the first place. So yeah, I recommend going with Minted for your cards instead of this website.

Cookware Set
As someone who loves cooking at home, I really care about my kitchen tools and like to get good quality stuff that will last. So, after doing a bunch of research, I decided to get a new set of cookware from this one brand. But man, I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the quality and how well they worked. Even though I followed all the care instructions like a champ, the coating on the fry pan started burning food after just a month. When I reached out to customer service, they told me the cookware was only good for low-heat cooking, which just wasn't gonna cut it for me. They did replace it for me, but I kept having problems and the cookware was just a pain to take care of and didn't work great for everyday cooking. Even though the products looked nice, they just didn't perform well, and I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone looking for reliable cookware.

Snacks and drinks
I ordered some snacks and drinks for delivery the other day, but they never made it to me. Instead, I got a picture of a house with a beat-up old doormat, and my stuff was just left there. That's not cool, deliveries should be handed right to the customer, not left on the ground like that. I tried talking to customer service about it, but they said the delivery was fine and wouldn't give me a refund. It's pretty disappointing and frustrating how they're not taking responsibility or helping me out.
