I got these 100 Christmas photo cards online and they sent me a proof to check it out first. Looked real professional. But when the cards came, every single one was blurry! It was a total letdown. Still, I gotta give credit where it's due - the company was quick to refund me without making a big deal about it.

Furniture order
The furniture I got from the store is top-notch, I'm really happy with what I bought. But man, I had some shipping hiccups with one piece that got on my nerves. That delay pushed the delivery back by two months, which was a bummer, especially since the furniture was big and expensive. And then there was the issue of getting charged for the whole order, even though that one item was still on its way. I think they shouldn't charge customers for bulky items like furniture until it's actually shipped out to prevent any mix-ups.

I've been using these exercise programs for some common injuries from this company, and I gotta say, they've been a huge help. The online videos and written instructions with pictures make it super easy for me to keep up and make sure I'm doing the exercises right. Rick Kaselj MS, BSc has been awesome with customer support, always getting back to me quickly. My shoulder and Piriformis syndrome have been feeling so much better since I started these programs, and now I'm excited to focus on improving my balance.

I recently bought a toy car and doll set from The Toy Shop. At first, things didn't go so smoothly with my order. I paid in the morning but didn't get any confirmation. I was getting pretty annoyed. But when I contacted their online chat, I was happy with how fast and helpful Fraser, the rep, was. He sorted out my problem quickly, and I was really grateful for that. Once the issue was fixed, everything went super smoothly and stress-free. All in all, I'd have to say that The Toy Shop's customer service really came through for me.

I rented an RV and it was awesome, but man, that app was so confusing. I wish it was all more straightforward and organized so I could just focus on enjoying my trip. At least they have a ton of helpful resources for RV owners to earn some extra cash.

Stayed at an awesome B&B in Scotland
My family and I had such a great time at this cute B&B in Scotland! Our host, CJ, was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were really cozy and clean, and the views from our room were like something out of a movie. CJ really went the extra mile to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. I would totally recommend it, 10/10!

Screen protector for iPhone
I bought a screen protector for my iPhone not too long ago and I have to say, the quality just wasn't up to par. The company promised unlimited replacements and fitting, but here I am already on my second one because the first started bubbling in the corners. To make matters worse, the customer service was awful - they wouldn't even reply to my emails! You can bet I won't be buying this product again.

Beautiful blue dining chairs
I recently got these four dining chairs in a super pretty blue color from Bombinate. Let me tell you, I am so happy with how nice these chairs are. They were supposed to come within a 20-day window all the way from Sofia, Bulgaria, but they actually showed up early on November 9th! I was really impressed with how fast they arrived and the great service from Bombinate. Plus, the price for the chairs was fair considering how good they are. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and now I'm already looking at more stuff on Bombinate's website to add to my collection. Hats off to Bombinate for their amazing work, and I hope they keep up the great job with their products and service.

I just went through a little hiccup with an online shirt order I made. Trunk mat purchase for BMW
The ordering process was really frustrating because I couldn't even check my order before finalizing it. Then, after waiting forever it felt like, I finally got my trunk mat but it was all folded up in a bag, which left these annoying creases that I just couldn't get rid of. I tried to reach out to complain and send it back, but I didn't hear anything back at all. Plus, it didn't even fit my BMW quite right. It was such a hassle that I had to get Visa involved to try to get my money back.
