Box set purchase
I ordered a box set from this company not too long ago, but I still haven't received it, which is pretty frustrating. What's even more disappointing is that I've tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times since August 27th, but I haven't heard anything back. I even did what they said and emailed from a different address to avoid getting pushed to the back of the line, but it didn't help. Waiting for over three weeks without any communication from them is not okay and makes them look unprofessional. I'm starting to think about asking for a refund or taking further steps to make sure they get back to me. I've liked their stuff before and think the idea is cool, but the lack of customer support really leaves a bad impression. If a company can't talk to its customers and give good support, it makes me wonder if they can really keep things running smoothly.

Memorial thank you cards
I just bought some thank you cards for my Dad's memorial from this company I found. It was a new one to me, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. I was really happy with the cards - they were super pretty and just right for what I needed. They showed up pretty quickly and were packed real well to make sure they didn't get messed up. Plus, they even included a nice sympathy note with the cards. I'm really happy with my purchase and will for sure be shopping with them again. I definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for stuff like this.
