    Botched order experience

Don't bother with this company. I tried to order online, but their website was a disaster so I had to call them. After sorting out my order over email, they surprised me with a higher price. Apparently they switched suppliers without bothering to let me know! They basically told me to pony up the extra cash or forget about it. It's totally unfair. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

    Seamless hosting transition

Switching hosting providers to this service was a breeze. They really simplified the process, which was great for me since I'm not super tech-savvy. I've been in this industry for a long time, and I have to say, this was the easiest transition I've ever had. The customer support team was top-notch, always there to help out and even did a final check to make sure everything was running smoothly. I've been with them for a couple of years now and haven't had any issues with caching or speed. I'm actually thinking about moving my other websites over too. Thanks for offering such dependable hosting services!

    Custom Austin FC jersey

I recently bought a customized Austin FC jersey from the MLSStore and man, it was a letdown. I ordered it on May 21, 2021, all excited to get it by June 28th so I could show it off at the first home games of the new season. But come July 13th, still no jersey. The last tracking update said it was here on June 9th, but nothing since then. It's so frustrating not knowing what's up, especially 'cause I can't email customer service and the chat barely works. It's crazy to me that a site connected to Major League Soccer would run things this way. And only offering snail mail as a way to contact them? Come on, that's just funny in this day and age.
